In addition to that grudge match, Kamara Usman takes on Khamzat Chimaev for an intense middleweight bout. Islam Makhachev - Russia
In this rematch versus current featherweight champ, Alexander Volkanovski, Islam has the advantage of facing a fighter coming off a short-notice camp. Volk took on the challenge late after another fighter dropped out.
Makhachev beat him in their first bout and is looking to cement his title claim with another victory on Saturday. The Russian will need to hurt Volk early and often with as many strikes as possible. Last fight he landed 57 significant strikes, slightly higher than his current 55.5 projection.

Takedowns
Khamzat Chimaev - United Arab Emirates
Chimaev is in for his toughest challenge yet as the #4 contender takes on the #1, Kamara Usman. Despite his impressive career, Usman is aging quickly and is actually not favored in this fight despite the higher rank and record.
But Chimaev won’t get it done easily. He averages about 4 takedowns every 15 minutes (3 rounds) but is only projected 1.5 throughout this whole fight. While Usman may not be exactly at the top of his game, you better believe he’ll be ready come fight night.
