Cowboys vs. Giants TD Scorer Picks for Sunday Night Football – 9/13/26
There is no shortage of Player Touchdown options for Sunday’s contest, with over two dozen players to choose from.
The Player Touchdowns stat category on PrizePicks includes rushing, receiving, fumble recoveries, and all returns. PrizePicks often lists Player TDs as Demons and Goblins, which means they have higher or lower payouts than standard.
Demons are more difficult to win but are the only way to get higher payouts. Meanwhile, Goblins are easier to win than a standard projection, so they come with a lower payout.
Cowboys RB Javonte Williams: 0.5 Player TDs (Goblin)
Last season, Javonte Williams scored 13 total TDs as the Cowboys’ featured back, and he should once again have a rock-solid role in 2026.
Williams averaged 15.8 carries and 3.2 targets per game last season, and he'll likely have a heavy workload right out of the gate with backup RB Malik Davis already ruled out due to a hip injury.
Among running backs with at least 100 carries in 2025, Williams ranked fifth in EPA per rush (0.05) and 11th in rushing success rate (45.6%), per SumerSports. He also finished fourth in yards after contact per attempt (3.56), per PFF.
Of course, any running back who scores double-digit TDs needs a hefty red-zone role.
According to Pro Football Reference, Williams owned the fifth-best red-zone rush percentage (58.6%), leading to him tying for the league’s sixth-most carries inside the 20-yard line (51). He was also targeted 12.2% of the time in the red zone, too. Ultimately, 12 of his 13 rushing and receiving TDs came from this range.
The Cowboys enter this game with the fifth-highest implied team total (25.5), so we should expect to see multiple touchdowns scored against the Giants.
New York struggled to stop the run last season, allowing the second-most rushing yards per game (145.3). This coincided with giving up the most EPA/rush (0.109) and the highest rush success rate (47.4%), per RBSDM. The G-Men's defense also finished 28th in run stop win rate, according to ESPN.
Stopping the run could be an issue again in 2026, as ESPN’s Mike Clay ranks the Giants’ interior defensive line 30th entering the season.

Giants QB Jaxson Dart: 0.5 Player TDs (Demon)
As a rookie, Jaxson Dart rushed for 9 TDs across just 12 starts. He certainly wasn’t afraid to tuck and run with the ball, averaging 7.0 rushes and 40.6 rushing yards per start.
Dart logged 21 rushes inside the 20-yard line despite making only a dozen starts, putting him near the red-zone rush attempts of dual-threats like Jalen Hurts (26) and Trevor Lawrence (23) — who started the whole season.
The Cowboys have overhauled a defense that struggled mightily last season and coughed up the most points per game (30.1). In 2025, the defense ranked 32nd in EPA/play (0.162) and 31st in success rate (48.6%). They also gave up the most rushing TDs to quarterbacks (8).
This offseason, Dallas replaced defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus with Christian Parker, and 46.2% of the snaps taken on last year’s defense were vacated by players no longer on the roster. There’s no doubt this defense will be very different in 2026.
Still, it’s a stretch to assume this unit will suddenly become a well-oiled machine straight away, particularly with them opening their season on the road.
The Giants come in with a solid 22.5-point implied team total despite being the underdog.
