I started as a part-time Member Support Rep, and by working hard and embracing the culture, I was promoted first to Full-Time, then Support Lead, and then to the Marketing Department as a Partnerships Manager. Hard work is rewarded at PrizePicks, and as the company grows, you’re able to grow with it.
The most noticeable thing about everybody who works at PrizePicks is how much they care about the work that they are doing. The passion for our product is extremely unique and ties all our departments together.
PrizePicks works with you to create a flexible working schedule, which is really important to me both as a father and Active Duty U.S. Navy Member. If I need to take my daughter to an activity or appointment, or need to go fulfill my duties with the Navy, I can communicate with my team lead and they always accommodate.
I love the flexibility and autonomy I have when it comes to choosing and completing my projects. People here trust each other to get their work done without micromanagement and it definitely pays off.
Every day working at PrizePicks is different. The culture is truly unmatched. I relocated to Atlanta to work in-person and it ended up being a great decision. The energy and buzz every day in the office is unlike any other office environment. It makes it fun to come to work.
Even as a remote worker, I feel very connected to my teammates. The communication between teams is great, everyone is pulling in the same direction, and it has the feel of a great startup environment without being chaotic and disorganized. Initiatives like the PPL (company-wide fantasy league) and All-Pack (bi-annual company retreat) create a feeling of teamwork and cohesiveness.
