1. Eligibility

The PrizePicks New User Offer (the “Offer”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are physically located in jurisdictions where a PrizePicks real money game platform operates in the United States, District of Columbia, or Canada at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and wherever restricted or prohibited, and subject to all United States federal, state and local laws. Offer only valid for members creating their first PrizePicks account.

Must be 18 years of age or older to enter, unless the state or jurisdiction where you are making your entry has a different age minimum to make a PrizePicks entry, in which you must meet that state’s/jurisdiction’s minimum age in order to enter.

Employees, directors, and officers, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse, siblings and respective spouses) and household members of SidePrize LLC d/b/a PrizePicks (“PrizePicks”) and any respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, paid partners and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.

2. Offer

First $5+ Lineup entered must win to receive $150 in Bonus Lineups. Bonus Lineups expire 7 days after issuance. 18+ in eligible areas. 3. Offer Period

The Offer begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on July 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 (the “Offer Period”), subject to revision at the sole discretion of PrizePicks. The Offer may be amended, replaced with another offer or terminated by PrizePicks at any time without advance notice. An amended version of the Offer will be labeled with “AMENDED ON X”, the “X” to be the date that PrizePicks amends the Offer.
