Who Will Win the Super Bowl 2026? Rams, Broncos SB LX Favorites

The 2025 NFL seasons has been, in a word, different:

  • The defending Super Bowl champion Eagles have lost three straight and can’t sustain an offense.
  • With a shocking 6-7 record, the three-time defending AFC Champion Kansas City Chiefs’ bid to go to four straight Super Bowls is on life support.
  • If the Chiefs fall out of the playoff race, is this QB Josh Allen and the Bills’ year?
  • Do you trust the young Patriots with a second-year QB and new coach?
  • And we have exactly zero clule who'll win the NFC North.

Let's sift through this different-ness and discuss who could make it to , and potentially win, the Super Bowl, and breakdown the possible payouts for each team’s Futures on PrizePicks Team Picks.

With PrizePicks Team Picks, you can get in on who could win the Super Bowl futures section, and earn real money if you're right. All Super Bowl payouts listed are at the time of writing and are subject to change.

Who Will Win the 2026 Super Bowl?

Here are our three of our top Super Bowl contenders with the NFL Playoffs on the horizon. Super Bowl winner payouts courtesy of PrizePicks Team Picks, where you can pick on NFL Futures like the Super Bowl winner and earn money if your picks are right!

Seattle Seahawks (10-3)

NFL Super Bowl Winner Payout via PrizePicks Team Picks: 6.66x Yes | 1.07x No

Back in September, you probably wouldn't have put the 'Hawks on this list. Heck, you might not have even in November.

But the other candidates don't exactly inspire confidence:

  • The Patriots probably aren't ready.
  • It might be too early to trust Packers QB Jordan Love.
  • The Bills can't seem to get over the hump.
  • The Eagles simply look terrible.

Admittedly, it was a close race between Seattle and Green Bay. Each has a solid QB and playmakers on offense, but Seattle gets the edge on D.

The Seahawks have the league's top defense per DVOA; have led the NFL in pass yards per play allowed (5.42); rank second in rush yards per play allowed (3.81); and sit second overall (4.54 per play). They’ve given up 17.4 points per game — second to the Houston Texans — and are the only team since mid-October to hold their division rival Rams to under 25 points.

Their offense is almost as good. Seattle is second in the NFL — behind the Lions — at 29.8 points per game, scoring 25+ points in six of the last seven outings. QB Sam Darnold's 103.8 passer rating is fifth in the NFL, and his 3,162 passing yards is sixth.

Darnold is throwing to possibly the best WR in the game in Jaxon Smith-Njigba. JSN leads all WRs by a mile in yards ( 1,482, 240 yards ahead the second-place yardage monster, the Rams' Puka Nacua) and is tied for second in TDs,(9), 3 behind another Ram, Davante Adams.

To complement the passing game, Seattle has one of the top RB duos in the league in Ken Walker III and Zach Charbonnet, who have combined for over 1,200 rushing yards and 12 TDs.

Denver Broncos (11-2)

NFL Super Bowl Winner Payout via PrizePicks Team Picks: 8.33x Yes | 1.04x No

If you are just looking at one side of the ball, some might consider the Broncos as the Super Bowl favorite

They have one of the more dominant defenses in the NFL, a primary reason for their current 10-game winning streak. Through 13 contests, Denver has an NFL-leading 55 sacks and are on pace for 72, which would tie the 1984 Bears for the most in a single-season in NFL history.

The Broncos lead the NFL in yards per play, holding teams to 4.48 yards and rush yards per play at 3.70, third in pass defense (5.56 yards per play), and fourth in scoring (18.1 PPG). FTN has the Broncos fifth in overall defensive DVOA, third in passing, and fourth in rushing.

On the offensive side, it’s about trust. Do you trust second-year starter Bo Nix, who is just as likely to go for 150 yards and 2 INT (vs. Raiders) as he is to go for 279 yards and 4 TD (vs. Giants)? Do you trust a rushing game that is without its top back in J.K. Dobbins and reliant on rookie RJ Harvey?

Tough call.

That said, Denver’s offense is 10th in total yards, 14th in passing, 13th in rushing, and 14th in DVOA offense — and it all adds up to a team that deserves a spot in the Super Bowl conversation...but you also have a team that has nine wins by one score. (The Chiefs, it should probably be noted, went 12-0 in one-score games last season on their way to the Super Bowl, where they promptly lost to the Eagles.)

With the AFC being wide open this year, there could be value on 8.33x for a team tied for the best record in the conference.

Los Angeles Rams (10-3)

NFL Super Bowl Winner Payout via PrizePicks Team Picks: 4.54x Yes | 1.16x No

The Rams are the only team in the NFL to have their offense and defense in the top-five of both offensive and defensive DVOA (first on offense, fourth on defense). Their offense, led by NFL MVP favorite QB Matthew Stafford and Offensive Player of Year candidate Puka Nacua, is fourth in the NFL at 373.3 total yards per game, third in passing at 249.2 yards per game, and fourth in scoring at 29.2 points per game.

Stafford leads the NFL with 35 passing TDs, 11 more than any other player and has only thrown 4 INTs on the season. His 113.1 passer rating also leads the NFL, further making his MVP case.

On the defensive side, the Rams only allow 17.5 PPG, third-best in the NFL. They are sixth in the league, allowing 4.87 yards per play, eighth in passing (3.92 yards per play) and seventh against the pass (5.95 yards per play).

LB Byron Young has 11.0 sacks this season, the first Rams player to record at least 11.0 sacks in a season since Aaron Donald in 2021.

Head Coach Sean McVay already has a Super Bowl ring and almost led the Rams to an upset of the eventual Super Bowl Champion Eagles in the Divisional Round last year. Stafford et al have wins over Houston, Indy, Jacksonville, San Francisco, Tampa Bay, and Seattle, all of whom are currently either in the playoff field or tied for a postseason spot.

That all might just add up to a trip to the big game.
