NFL Week 15 Preview and Schedule

This Thursday night the NFL kicks off Week 15. We put together this NFL DFS preview to get you ready for all of the exciting NFL action. The regular season is winding down as the playoff race is shaping up to be one of the closest in years.

In week 14 we saw some great games, comebacks, and incredible highlights and also some of the worst football (looking at you Minnesota and Las Vegas) and Tommy DeVito winning yet another game for the Giants. We really have no idea how this season is going to end but we’re pumped for another great week of NFL football.

NFL Week 15 DFS Projections

Pass Yards

Patrick Mahomes - QB, KC

After a rare offensive offsides penalty late on Sunday against the Bills canceled out a would-be game winning TD, Mahomes, Reid, and the entire Kansas City organization basically had meltdowns similar to that of a toddler.

But this is a new week and new opportunity for the Chiefs to lock in their playoff spot. Mahoms and crew will take on the Patriots, who are rumored to be separating with Hall of Fame coach Bill Belichick, on Sunday. Mahomes is projected to throw for 259.5 yards but after that tough loss, don’t be surprised if he goes for 1,000 against this weak New England team.

Dak Prescott - QB, DAL

In a season that began with Dak on the hot seat and possibly playing for his job, we now see Dak in contention for the NFL MVP award. Last week against the top-ranked Eagles was just another example of Dak shining on the highest stages.

This week the Cowboys face another serious opponent in Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills, fresh off a win against the reigning Super Bowl Champs. Prescott is projected to throw for 295.5 yards, nearly identical to his average of 298 over the last 5 games. He’ll need all of it if he hopes to come away with a win against a talented team fighting for their chance at a wild card.

Receiving Yards

Ja’Marr Chase - WR, CIN

It’s been a stressful season for the Bengals since Week 1. Franchise QB, Joe Burrow, was hurt coming into the season and as soon as he started to get healthy and gain some momentum for a playoff run, he was injured again for the season.

Fortunately for Bengals fans and wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase, backup Jake Browning has been an absolute stud over the last 3 games. Not only is Ja’Marr still putting up numbers, the Bengals have a serious shot at the playoffs. This week, Chase is projected 65.5 against the Vikings, 14 lower than his average over the last 5 games.

Rush Yards

Lamar Jackson - QB, BAL

It seems like nearly everything is going right for the Ravens as we enter the last few weeks of the season. Their defense is a certified unit while Lamar just keeps getting things done on the ground and through the air with his weapons.

This week they’re the top seed in the AFC and take on a tough Jacksonville squad on Sunday night. Lamar will really need to be firing on all cylinders to establish themselves as the true leader in the AFC. He’s projected top rush for 47.5 yards, just shy of 53.6 average of the last 5.
