2025 Fantasy Football Sleepers: Running Backs
Here are four of the top fantasy football sleeper running backs to consider in your 2025 fantasy football drafts. Click each player to read more. ADP numbers via FantasyPros as of June 11.
- Commanders RB Brian Robinson Jr.
- Steelers RB Jaylen Warren
- Browns RB Quinshon Judkins
- Giants RB Cam Skattebo
Commanders RB Brian Robinson Jr.
ADP: Pick 88, RB31

Commanders RB Brian Robinson Jr. isn’t a big name, but he shouldn’t be overlooked in fantasy. He has rushed for at least 733 yards in each of his three seasons in the NFL. Last season, he set career highs in yards per carry (4.3) and rushing touchdowns (eight) despite playing in just 14 games.
Robinson took a step back in the passing game last year, seeing his targets drop from 36 in 2023 to 20. That was because of the addition of RB Austin Ekeler, who can still make a big impact by catching passes out of the backfield. However, Ekeler only had 77 carries last season, compared to 187 for Robinson.
While his ceiling isn’t crazy high, Robinson has a high floor as the top rushing option in a Commanders offense that should be able to score a lot with QB Jayden Daniels at the helm.
PrizePicks Projection: 725.5 Rush Yards
Steelers RB Jaylen Warren
ADP: Pick 90, RB32

Steelers RB Jaylen Warren has been stuck in a shared backfield with RB Najee Harris during his time with the team. Last season, Harris had 263 carries and 48 targets. Warren received 120 carries and 47 targets. After averaging 5.3 yards per carry in 2023, Warren disappointed a bit by averaging 4.3 yards per carry last season.
Harris departed for the Chargers during the offseason, giving Warren an opportunity to claim a larger role for the Steelers. The team did draft RB Kaleb Johnson in the third round of the NFL Draft, and he could end up being their power running option, given that he is 6-foot-1 and 224 pounds.
However, Warren is likely to soak up most of the targets that Harris had last season. While Warren is a viable sleeper in all formats, he stands out even more in PPR formats.
PrizePicks Projection: 525.5 Rush Yards
Browns RB Quinshon Judkins
ADP: Pick 64, RB25

The Browns offense was a mess last season. With all of their issues at quarterback, they struggled to sustain long drives. They also found themselves in an early deficit in many games. That all contributed to them having the fifth-fewest carries (391) in the league. RB Jerome Ford led the team with 104 rush attempts, while RB Nick Chubb was right behind him with 102 rush attempts.
Chubb is now a member of the Texans. Ford is still in the mix for the Browns and he did average 5.4 yards per carry last season, which was the highest mark of his career. However, there is room for rookie RB Quinshon Judkins to make an immediate impact.
Judkins averaged at least 5.5 yards per carry in two of his three seasons at Ohio State. He also had at least 14 rushing touchdowns in all three seasons. At the very least, he could end up being the Browns’ top option when they get around the end zone. Ford was only given seven carries inside the 10-yard line last season, while Chubb had 10 carries inside the 10-yard line despite playing in just eight games.
PrizePicks Projection: 625.5 Rush Yards
Giants RB Cam Skattebo
ADP: Pick 98, RB34

The Giants watched their former star running back Saquon Barkley win a championship with the Eagles last season. They intended to replace him with RB Devin Singletary, who they signed to a three-year contract. However, he struggled to make an impact and was eventually surpassed by RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. on the depth chart. Tracy finished the season with 192 carries for 839 yards and five touchdowns. He also caught 38 of 53 targets for 284 yards and a touchdown.
If there was a downside to Tracy, it was fumbling issues. That included a key fumble in Week 10 against the Panthers that contributed to the Giants losing the game. Singletary likely isn’t a part of the Giants long-term plans, which was further evident when they selected RB Cam Skattebo in the fourth round of the NFL Draft.
Skattebo averaged 5.8 yards on 293 carries in college last season, adding 21 rushing touchdowns. In the last two seasons at Arizona State, he averaged 5.5 yards per carry and 12.9 yards per reception. Not only could Skattebo receive the bulk of the red zone carries, but if Tracy continues to have fumbling issues, Skattebo could overtake him on the depth chart.
PrizePicks Projection: 600.5 Rush Yards
