Best 2025 Season-Long Fantasy Football Projections for

The NFLSZN board provides a variety of options from passing yards to defensive sacks. Below we will dive deeper into some of the best projections you can use to help build your perfect season-long Lineup.

Bills QB Josh Allen — 27.5 Passing Touchdowns

Josh Allen Fantasy Football Projections 2025

The 2025 NFL MVP Josh Allen lit up the league in 2024, just as he has for the last five seasons. Over the last two seasons, Allen’s passing touchdowns have dipped as his mobility and toughness has led to an uptick in rushing touchdowns.

Barely meeting this threshold the last few seasons, the addition of Josh Palmer to his existing wide receiver core should provide Allen with enough weapons to pass 27.5 passing touchdowns for the sixth-straight season.

Look for Allen to have more passing options in the red-zone, rather than looking for short yardage rushing situations at the goalline.

Commanders QB Jayden Daniels — 3,337.5 Passing Yards

Jayden Daniels Fantasy Football Projections 2025

Commanders QB Jayden Daniels took the league by storm this past NFL season, throwing for 3,568 yards and 25 passing touchdowns. Clearing his passing yards projection with ease last season leads to many believing he has no reason not to do it yet again.

Playing with poise and calmness in some of the most extreme situations is not something you see out of a rookie, and the hope is he can only get better. The Commanders also brought in WR Deebo Samuel via trade, then signed him to an extension, which should take some pressure off of WR Terry McLaurin.

The Commanders should also have better protection for Daniels, with the addition of Laremy Tunsil at left tackle as his blindside tackle. Tunsil was acquired via trade for a package of picks in 2025 and 2026. Tunsil had the fourth-best pass block grade (89.1) among all tackles in 2024, according to PFF, allowing just four sacks and three QB hits all year in Houston on the fifth-most snaps played amongst all tackles.

These additions should allow for Daniels to expand his game more than what he already has in what’s expected to be a huge sophomore season.

Packers RB Josh Jacobs — 1,049.5 Rushing Yards

Josh Jacobs Fantasy Football Projections 2025

Packers RB Josh Jacobs was arguably the most consistent piece of this Packers offense, which was by design, as they rushed at the third-highest rate in the NFL (50.7%) last year, and most among non-mobile QBs.

Between QB Jordan Love’s injuries and the inconsistency of the wide receivers, Jacobs established himself by putting up 1,329 rushing yards along with 15 touchdowns. It was the second time in three years that Jacobs exceeded this projection and played all 17 games.

After rushing for 301 carries in 2024, Jacobs looks like he could be set for another breakout season. Although the Packers did add to their offense with first-round rookie WR Matthew Golden, this move should force defenses to play more conservative, as Golden can take the top off on any play.

Being the aggressive runner he is, Jacobs managed to be eighth in yards after contact per attempt last season (2.4). If he gets more room before first contact, that could grow in 2025.

Eagles RB Saquon Barkley — 1,475.5 Rushing Yards

Saquon Barkley Fantasy Football Projections 2025

The 2025 AP Offensive Player of the Year Saquon Barkley was just one of the many bright spots in what seems to be the most overpowered offense in the entire NFL.

Rushing for 2,005 rushing yards in the regular season, Barkley managed to break the record for most rush yards in an entire NFL season (including playoffs). While some might believe it is unlikely he can keep this pace up for yet another season, the Eagles are built for success with the No. 1 overall offensive line, an experienced quarterback, and one of the most dominant wide receiver duos in the NFL.

The passing game, along with the ability for read options, should still allow for Saquon to gain insignificant yardage this season. First amongst running backs in yards before contact per attempt (3.8), Barkley should manage to have his way yet again and cash this projection with ease.

Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase — 1,299.5 Receiving Yards

Jayden Daniels Fantasy Football Projections 2025

Ja’Marr Chase was undoubtedly the best wide receiver in the NFL last season, becoming just the sixth player since the NFL merger to win the triple crown. Chase posted a career-best in receptions (127), yards (1,708), and touchdowns (17).

Maintaining a 27% target share and reception share of QB Joe Burrow’s passes was just one reason for Chase’s success.

Although Chase may not reach these exact same career marks as divisional opponents like the Ravens did make efforts to build up their defense, Chase should maintain his target volume and have plenty of opportunities to reach this number.

Chase has reached this receiving yards number in both of his complete seasons with the Bengals (17 games), and missed it by 84 yards in 2023 (16 games).

Raiders TE Brock Bowers — 950.5 Receiving Yards

Brock Bowers Fantasy Football Projections 2025

The most functional aspect of this Raiders’ offense was the performance of rookie tight end Brock Bowers. With nearly 1,200 yards in an offense with arguably the worst quarterback play in the NFL, there's nothing but upside with Bowers. Bowers led all tight ends and ranked sixth among all pass catchers with 153 targets in 2024.

The Raiders did a nice job revamping this team in the offseason by bringing in veteran QB Geno Smith and signing him to a multi-year deal, rookie RB phenom Ashton Jeanty, and a rookie receiver in Jack Bech.

The increased variety of options on this offense should allow for less coverage on Bowers, compared to what he was getting last season. Smith also posted a career high in passing yards last season, so the potential for this duo is off the charts.
