Injuries are a big piece of this anticipated matchup, including QB Lamar Jackson playing in his first game since Week 4. Alongside Lamar back from an ankle setback, Ravens S Kyle Hamilton (knee) and LB Roquan Smith (knee) are active after dealing with injuries this week.

Everything isn’t sunshine and rainbows for Baltimore, though, as it continues to battle issues on the offensive line. Starting G and standout rookie Olaivavega Ioane (knee) is out, joining S Jaylinn Hawkins (knee) as an inactive.

For the Bills, WR DJ Moore (shoulder), TE Dalton Kincaid (chest), and RT Spencer Brown (back) are all questionable. On defense, nickelback Dee Alford (ankle) is also questionable, and S C.J. Gardner-Johnson is serving a one-game suspension after being ejected for spitting on an opponent in the Bills’ 33-30 win vs. the Raiders in Week 6.

Buffalo continues to lean on its terrific offense, racking up 32.8 PPG (first) and 6.5 yards per play (first). Meanwhile, the defense is allowing 28.5 PPG (30th).

Lamar returning from injury gives the Ravens a chance to keep up with this high-powered Bills offense. Baltimore tallies 5.9 yards per play (sixth), and before Jackson suffered an ankle injury, his 54.7% success rate (third) and 0.369 adjusted EPA per play (fourth) were among the league’s best marks from Week 1 to Week 4, per RBSDM.

According to PrizePicks, Josh Allen (2.94x payout) is the current favorite to win the NFL MVP award. Despite a 4-3 record, the Ravens are last in the AFC North and must get back on track with Lamar under center once again.

Ravens vs. Bills Prediction on Over/Under for NFL Week 8 – 11/1/26

Without much surprise, Sunday has a high 54.5 over/under on PrizePicks. As mentioned, the Bills have the highest scoring offense in the NFL (32.8 PPG). And when Lamar Jackson was in the lineup over the first four games, the Ravens posted 29.0 PPG.

Jackson has made three full appearances this season, and the over was 2-1 in those contests. Buffalo often finds itself in shootouts, with the over 5-1 in the 2026 campaign.

Adding to a potential high-scoring battle, each defense is best at stopping the run. The Ravens allow only 3.8 yards per carry (seventh), and FTN gives Baltimore a 22.6% stuff rate (10th). The Bills, meanwhile, tout a 24.2% stuff rate (eighth) and concede 3.8 YPC (ninth).

Buffalo’s pass defense brings a stark contrast, yielding 7.4 yards per passing attempt (19th), a 52.5% dropback success rate (31st), and a 16.6% pass explosiveness rate (28th). Baltimore’s pass D isn’t quite as bad, but it’s also the unit’s weakness by giving up 7.3 yards per attempt (16th) and a 39.0% dropback success rate (17th).

If this matchup is encouraging passing attempts, we know QBs Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen are fully capable of taking advantage. These are arguably two of the top three QBs in the league, with the two combining for three MVP awards.

The difference in this matchup could come down to pass protection. According to ESPN, the Bills sport a 59% pass block win rate (third), surpassing the Ravens’ 48% (20th). Buffalo’s defensive line has been the defense’s strength, proven by a 32.2% pressure rate (seventh).

Bills DT Ed Oliver (knee) is expected to play in his first game since Week 4. He joins a thriving pass rush; EDGE Greg Rousseau has 39 pressures (third) and 6 sacks (tied for fifth) while DT Deone Walker touts 24 pressures (tied for seventh), per Pro Football Focus.

Ravens vs. Bills Picks, Player Stats for PrizePicks: 11/1/26

Here are the top Ravens vs. Bills picks to target on Sunday, November 1. Today’s NFL picks for PrizePicks include WR Zay Flowers and QB Josh Allen.

Ravens WR Zay Flowers vs. Bills: 85.5 Receiving Yards

  • Zay Flowers has dominated the receiving workload for the Ravens, sporting a 26.6% target share and 26.7% air yards share.
  • While his 8.2 average depth of target (aDOT) is underwhelming, Flowers produces an electric 8.0 yards after the catch per reception (second).
  • He’s been worth every bit of the offseason’s four-year, $140 million extension, tallying 101.3 receiving yards per game.
  • The Bills have a 15.0% missed tackle rate (sixth-highest) that sets off the alarms vs. Flowers’ YAC.
  • Further, Buffalo has a high 71.2% zone coverage rate (seventh-highest), and Flowers produces 4.48 yards per route run vs. zone coverage compared to 3.41 when facing man.
  • In three games playing alongside Lamar Jackson this season, Flowers posted 117.3 receiving yards per contest.
Add Zay Flowers to your PrizePicks lineup.

Bills QB Josh Allen vs. Ravens: 250.5 Pass Yards

  • The Ravens have a quality rush defense that may force the Bills to deviate from their 49.03% rush play rate (fourth).
  • If that’s the case, Josh Allen could feast thanks to 8.8 yards per passing attempt (first) and 9.1 air yards per attempt (tied for seventh).
  • The status of WR DJ Moore and TE Dalton Kincaid will have an impact on this projection, and Moore is expected to return from injury barring any setback.
  • Moore boasts a massive 15.2 aDOT, giving Allen a target downfield to take advantage of the Ravens’ 7.3 yards per passing attempt allowed (16th).
  • Furthermore, Allen benefits from the Bills’ 59% pass block win rate (third), and Baltimore carries a mediocre 29.8% pressure rate (15th).
  • The MVP favorite boasts 0.275 EPA per dropback vs. zone coverage (fourth), and the Ravens have a 67.5% zone rate (10th-highest).
  • Allen has surpassed this projection in two of his last three appearances.
