Week 7 is here and it sounds way too soon to say the season is already halfway through. But we still got some life in us and we’re going to enjoy the ride. Week 6 had some serious upsets (apparently Texas is not back…shocker), so we put together this college football Week 7 preview so you have all the info you need to lock in your CFB DFS entries on the board.
The playoff race is finally starting to come together as some of the top teams have fallen off in primetime. Week 7 is looking like an even more exciting Saturday for us with top 25 matchups and rivalry games all across the nation.

Top CFB DFS Projections Week 7
Pass Yards
Caleb Williams - QB, USC
Notre Dame vs USC, one of the greatest rivalries in college football. You really never know who’s going to win when these historic programs take the field. No matter the records or rank, who’s home or away, these two CFB giants always put on a good show.
Caleb Williams has been electric this whole season coming off his Heisman win in 2022. He’s currently the favorite to win again after dominating opponents. In his last 5 games he’s averaging over 300 YPG through the air, 25 more than his current projection. Against Notre Dame, you really never know though.

Shedeur Sanders - QB, COL
It’s been a tough few games for Coach Prime and the Buffaloes. But that is not because of Shedeur Sanders. As their defense has given up historic point against in recent weeks, Shedeur has racked up monster stats with his arm talent.
In his last 5 games, he’s averaging about 304 yards per game. This week he’s projected 349.5 against a weak Stanford team. For Colorado to get back on track, he’ll need a big game.

Receiving Yards
Brock Bowers - TE, UGA
Georgia remains the #1 team in the country following their dominant title campaign last season. Despite their record, many don’t feel this team is as talented or serious as the previous. Tight end Brock Bowers, however, is truly unstoppable. In his last 3 games, he has over 400 receiving yards (about 136 per game) and isn’t showing signs of slowing down.
This week against Vandy, he’s only projected 75.5. If Vanderbilt can’t find a way to shut him down early, Bowers will have a field day.

Troy Franklin - WR, ORE
It’s a shame the PAC 12 won’t be around for much longer. This season it feels like they’re all back in the top rankings. It’s been years since we’ve seen the PAC 12 have such a formidable output across the board.
Oregon has been rolling teams lately but this week they face #7 Washington in a game that has serious playoff and PAC 12 championship implications. Troy Franklin is a huge part of this Oregon air attack, averaging 107 YPG in his last 5. Keep an eye on the receiver to shine this Saturday.
