NFL Week 2 Injuries: Full List of Reboots on PrizePicks
Week 2 was a big one on the injury front, with two star skill-position players and two franchise quarterbacks who didn’t return in the second half across the full slate.
Here are the NFL players that qualified for a PrizePicks Reboot this week — or injury protection — which helped users win over $9.5 million in Week 2.
NFL Week 2 Injury Updates: DJ Moore, Jaxson Dart, & More
By far the biggest single payout from the injury policy this week came from Bills WR DJ Moore, because he had a Taco Flash Sale projection on the board for Thursday Night Football. That Flash Sale discounted his receiving yards to just 34.5 on PrizePicks, making him one of the most popular picks of the week.
But things went south when Moore left Thursday Night Football against the Lions without recording a catch after going down awkwardly in the second quarter on a potential TD catch.
He sat out the rest of the game with an AC joint sprain; Moore is now day-to-day and could play in Week 3.
After Moore, another key primetime injury hit lineups hard on Monday Night Football, as Giants QB Jaxson Dart left in the first quarter with a knee injury. Dart didn’t return, giving way to Jameis Winston at QB, but early signs indicate the injury is relatively minor, as he’s only expected to miss a few weeks. In addition, Giants WR Odell Beckham Jr. only played three snaps in Week 2 and was rebooted.
Commanders QB Jayden Daniels dislocated his left elbow on the final play of the first half against the Cowboys — the last chance for the injury policy to hit. It’s the same elbow that sidelined him for four games last season. The third-year QB finished with 96 passing yards and a TD, but also crushed on the ground, with 69 rush yards.
Colts WR Alec Pierce re-injured the ankle/heel that he needed surgery on in the offseason. Despite the injury, he still signed a four-year, $114 million deal and was expected to be the clear WR1 in Indianapolis. Pierce left in the first quarter vs. the Chiefs, unable to put any weight on his foot, and now likely to miss several weeks, per ESPN.
Eagles TE Dallas Goedert and Chargers TE David Njoku round out the notable injuries. Goedert exited against the Titans with a right knee injury after just 1 reception, while Njoku was carted off with a knee injury in the first half.
The rest of the board was made up of smaller, depth-level Reboots. 49ers WR Demarcus Robinson left with a severe high ankle sprain, which is notable given how thin the 49ers' receiver room already is with injuries to De'Zhaun Stribling and Ricky Pearsall.

NFL defensive players and most special-teams players aren't Reboot-eligible. Kickers and punters are the one exception — they qualify only if they're listed as active but never record a single kick or punt.

What Happens to Your Lineup When an NFL Pick Is Rebooted?
A Rebooted pick is marked as a DNP, and your lineup drops one payout tier — it doesn't wipe out the whole lineup. For example:
- 6-Pick Flex → 5-Pick Flex
- 5-Pick Flex → 4-Pick Flex
- 4-Pick Power → 3-Pick Power
- 3-Pick Power → 2-Pick Power
- 2-Pick Power/Flex → Refund
If more than one pick in a lineup qualifies for a Reboot, the lineup reverts down once for each Rebooted pick. And if you picked Less on a projection that ends up getting Rebooted, that pick still counts as a win.
