On the rubber for the Royals is Michael Wacha, who brings a perfect 15-0 to NRFI this year. He's pitched 19 scoreless first innings in 22 starts at home since 2024. A first inning matchup for Wacha to watch will be against Brandon Lowe who has just one hit in 10 career at-bats.
