This is the third year of the Iowa Corn 350, won by Blaney in 2024 and William Byron in 2025. Byron has seen the most success in the short history of this event after finishing right behind Blaney two years ago.

Last year, Brad Keselowski captured the first two stages before finishing third behind Byron and Chase Briscoe. Byron led for 141 laps, marking one of three victories in 2025, as he seeks his first win of 2026.

Today is the fourth short track race of the season, and three different drivers have been crowned winners. Chase Elliott won at Martinsville, while Ty Gibbs landed in the winner’s circle at Bristol. Joey Logano grabbed the most recent short track event at North Wilkesboro in mid-July, leading for 323 laps.

During the five-week In-Season Challenge, five different drivers came out on top. Heim, who races part-time for Michael Jordan’s 23XI team, became the sixth driver to win multiple races in 2026 after his victory at Indianapolis.

NASCAR Starting Lineup for Iowa Corn 350: Blaney Earns Pole Position
