Can I play PrizePicks where I live?
In order to create a PrizePicks account, you must be at least 18, 19, or 21 years of age, depending on the eligible jurisdiction where you reside. Once you have created an account, you will need to follow the rules of the region where you are physically located while accessing the app.
PrizePicks is available to US and Canada residents:
18+ in AK, AR, CA, DC, DE, GA, FL, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MN, MO, NE, NH, NM, NC, ND, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY
19+ in AL, CO, and all Canadian provinces except Ontario
21+ in AZ, MA, and VA
Pick 2-6 players, predict More or Less on their stat projections, choose Flex Play (1 or 2 picks can lose) or Power Play (all must win), choose your entry fee, and submit your Lineup.
Your Lineup will be placed into a group according to member experience level, number of picks, and the time of Lineup submission. Win real money two ways: secure the Minimum Guarantee with a winning Lineup, or outscore everyone else in your group.
PrizePicks Streak is available to residents 18+ in CT, MD, MI, MS, NJ, NY OH, PA, and 21+ in IA, LA.
Each day, select ONE athlete projection from the available board. If your pick hits, you extend your streak to the next day. The longer you keep your streak alive, the bigger your reward will be - a single streak could win up to $1 million!
State and regional legislation currently restricts PrizePicks from operating outside the areas listed above. PrizePicks can not be accessed from federally designated tribal lands, even within states where PrizePicks is otherwise available. If you live in an area where PrizePicks does not operate, you will be unable to create an account.
If you already have an account but are physically located in an ineligible area, you will not be able to access the PrizePicks platform. This restriction will apply until you physically return to an eligible region.
If you live in an ineligible region, don’t give up hope! Regulations are constantly changing, and we expect to expand into more areas as time goes on. Keep an eye out for updates and announcements regarding regional restrictions and eligibility.

In an effort to encourage healthy habits for play, PrizePicks offers various Responsible Gaming tools which allow Members to set personalized limits for themselves. Research on gaming habits has shown that regular breaks and play limits enhance the overall gaming experience. That's the kind of positive and enjoyable experience we want for all our Members.
For our youngest Members, specifically 18, 19, and 20 year-olds, we go a step further. All accounts belonging to Members in this age range will have a mandatory monthly deposit limit automatically applied in the amounts below:
