Sky vs. Fever Prediction, Spread, Over/Under – Thursday, June 11

This matchup looked to be a rivalry for years to come with Clark on the Fever side, opposing Angel Reese on Chicago. However, following Reese’s trade to Atlanta in the offseason, some of the intrigue is gone as the Fever look to improve on a 4-2 home mark.

Indiana begins the night in fourth place in the Eastern Conference following a 2-3 run the last five games. All three losses came on the road, including an 83-75 defeat at New York last Saturday.

The Fever escaped the huge collapse on Monday thanks to Clark despite shooting less than 44% from the floor for the fourth time in five games.

The Sky jumped out to a promising 3-1 start before leading scorer F Rickea Jackson tore her ACL in an 86-79 upset of Minnesota on May 17. The free fall began following that injury, with Chicago posting a 1-7 record and beating only 2-12 Connecticut in this stretch.

The lone piece of good news to come out of Tuesday’s loss to Atlanta was that it marked the first time since Jackson’s injury that the Sky covered the point spread, cashing as 9.5-point underdogs.
