December is here, and every NFL game matters more with the Playoffs around the corner. In Week 14, we're seeing the league splitting into three groups: teams already thinking about the draft, teams clawing for Wild Card spots, and true contenders fighting for home-field advantage.

This PrizePicks Cheat Sheet is loaded with NFL predictions and matchup analysis to help you navigate every game; this is your ultimate resource for the top player picks for PrizePicks NFL, matchups to target, and game insights for the Week 14 main slate.

Injuries are swinging the fantasy football world this week. QB JJ McCarthy is back under center for the Vikings, while QB Jayden Daniels is expected to return for the Commanders — both on non-contenders.

Pass catchers are banged up too; the Bears will be without WR Rome Odunze after last week's win vs. the Eagles. The Jets remain without WR Garrett Wilson, Cardinals will be without WR Marvin Harrison Jr., while Tampa Bay plans to ramp up WR Chris Godwin and RB  Bucky Irving's snaps.

NFL Week 14 Predictions & Cheat Sheet for PrizePicks, NFL DFS

Find the top Week 14 predictions, picks, matchups to target, and players to target in Sunday's games below in the PrizePicks Cheat Sheet, including analysis on QBs, RBs, WR vs. CB matchups, and OL vs. DL mismatches.

Best QB Predictions for NFL Week 14

Here are two of the top QB vs. defense matchups for fantasy football and PrizePicks NFL this week to help you make your NFL Week 14 predictions.

Vikings QB JJ McCarthy vs. Commanders

Since Week 7, Washington's defense has fallen apart, ranking dead last in the NFL in EPA per dropback allowed and last in overall EPA per play. They’re giving up explosive plays through the air at one of the highest rates in the league, and nothing in this matchup suggests that trend slows down.

JJ McCarthy, even while battling injuries and inconsistency, has produced 929 passing yards, 6 pass TDs, and remains one of the league’s most mobile young quarterbacks. He ranks top five in scrambles, top 25 in scramble yards, and has added 2 rush TDs.

Against a defense that plays heavy man coverage, McCarthy gets multiple advantages: WRs Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison win their routes regularly against man, and McCarthy’s legs become even more dangerous once defenders turn their backs. This matchup sets up as one of McCarthy’s softest of the season.

Week 14 Prediction for PrizePicks: JJ McCarthy – 186.5 Passing Yards

Browns QB Shedeur Sanders vs. Titans Defense

Since Week 7, Tennessee has been a disaster defensively, ranking 30th in EPA per dropback allowed and 29th in overall EPA per play. They’re also one of the worst pass-rushing teams in the league, ranking 32nd in sacks, which means opposing quarterbacks regularly operate from clean pockets.

Shedeur Sanders has shown some poise through his first two NFL starts. The rookie has thrown for 400 passing yards and 2 TDs, delivering one TD in each outing.

Tennessee’s defense has also allowed the 21st-most passing yards this season and rarely disrupts rhythm. The Titans are giving up 236 yards passing to opposing QBs per game.

Sanders will not face much pressure from; with time to throw, he could be able to continue building momentum against one of the league’s weakest pass defenses.

Week 14 Prediction for PrizePicks: Shedeur Sanders – 159.5 Passing Yards

Best RB Predictions for NFL Week 14

Here are two of the top RB vs. defense matchups to target for fantasy football and PrizePicks NFL this week to help you make your NFL Week 14 predictions.

Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker III vs. Falcons

Since Week 7, Atlanta has collapsed into one of the league’s softest run defenses. The Falcons are allowing 143.4 rushing yards per game (fourth worst), giving up 443 yards after contact (also fourth worst), and have surrendered eight rush TDs, the seventh-most in the NFL. This is a defense that gets moved off the ball and struggles badly finishing plays on defense, with a 23rd graded rush defense, per PFF.

Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker III is having a strong season in Seattle, ranking 19th in yards per attempt (4.6) and fifth in explosive runs with 24 rushes of 10+ yards.

Walker generates consistent chunk plays and is averaging 3.0 yards after contact per attempt, a top-30 mark. He’s already at 733 yards on the ground and has averaged 61 rushing yards per game over his last five. Against this Atlanta front, his downhill, burst-heavy style is a direct mismatch.

After six weeks playing under 50% of the snaps alongside Zach Charbonnet before Week 10, Walker has played at least 50% of the Seahawks' snaps in three straight weeks.

Week 14 Prediction for PrizePicks: Kenneth Walker III – 62.5 Rushing Yards

Vikings RB Aaron Jones Sr. vs. Commanders

Washington has been shredded on the ground since Week 7, allowing 145 rushing yards per game, the sixth-most yards after contact (393), and ranking as one of the worst tackling teams in football.

They’re also giving up 2.28 yards after contact per attempt, a bottom-five number, and have allowed eight rushing touchdowns in that span.

Despite missing significant time, Jones is still producing efficiently. He’s averaging 2.91 yards after contact per attempt, a strong mark for a back coming off injury, and his 4.5 yards per carry sits inside the NFL’s top 20. Jones played 66% of snaps or more in three straight weeks prior to the shutout loss to the Vikings in Week 13.

Even on limited volume (under 70 carries this season), he has already logged 300 rushing yards. With All-Pro center Ryan Kelly trending toward returning, Jones gets a meaningful upgrade in blocking just as Washington’s run defense is at its weakest.

Week 14 Prediction for PrizePicks: Aaron Jones Sr. – 45.5 Rushing Yards

Best WR vs. CB Matchups to Target: Week 14

Here are two of the top WR vs. CB matchups to target for fantasy football and PrizePicks NFL this week to help you make your NFL Week 14 predictions.

Seahawks WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba vs. Falcons CB Mike Hughes

Seahawks WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba is in the middle of a full-blown breakout season and has legitimately forced his way into the Offensive Player of the Year conversation. He ranks third in the NFL in targets (107), third in receptions (82), first in receiving yards (1,336), and fourth in receiving TDs (7).

When Sam Darnold throws his way, JSN returns an elite 128.1 passer rating, the fourth-best receiver–quarterback efficiency mark in the league. Over his last five games alone, he has racked up 32 receptions, turning into one of the most consistent volume hogs at any position.

This week he will frequently matchup with Atlanta CB Mike Hughes (projected for 22.3 snaps vs. Hugher, per PFF), who is having a down season. At 5-foot-10, Hughes has struggled against bigger, more physical receivers and currently ranks 75th of 111 corners in coverage on PFF.

When targeted, he’s giving up a near-100 passer rating, 11.7 yards per reception, and has already surrendered 35 catches. JSN walks into a matchup he can dominate on paper.

Week 14 Prediction for PrizePicks: Jaxon Smith-Njigba – 91.5 Receiving Yards

Steelers WR DK Metcalf vs. Ravens CB Marlon Humphrey

Ravens CB Marlon Humphrey’s decline has become impossible to ignore. The former first-rounder ranks 110th out of 111 qualifying cornerbacks in coverage this season, according to PFF. He’s allowing a 104.4 passer rating, almost 15 yards per reception, and has already been beaten for 39 receptions. This version of Humphrey is a liability in every phase of coverage.

That’s a dangerous matchup for Baltimore, because DK Metcalf thrives against single-high structures, and the Ravens play single-high at the fifth-highest rate in the NFL. Metcalf is built to punish this exact look.

He ranks top-28 in targets (75), top-30 in receptions (45), and top-27 in receiving yards (605) this season. Whenever Baltimore rolls into single-high, Metcalf is primed to win vertically, physically, and after the catch.

Outside of matchup, Metcalf will need QB play from Aaron Rodgers to improve to thrive; Rodgers has averaged just 18 attempts per game since breaking his non-throwing hand, and has not thrown for 200 yards since Week 10.

Week 14 Prediction for PrizePicks: DK Metcalf – 47.5 Receiving Yards

Best OL vs. DL Matchups to Target for NFL Week 14

Here are two of the top OL vs. DL matchups to target for fantasy football and PrizePicks NFL this week to help you make your NFL Week 14 predictions.

Broncos DL vs. Raiders OL

Denver brings one of the league’s most dominant defensive fronts into this matchup. Nick Bonitto grades out as 18th of 100 edge rushers, via PFF, and he’s been a nightmare for quarterbacks, with 54 pressures (ninth in the NFL) and 13 sacks (third).

Opposite him, Jonathon Cooper has delivered a breakout year of his own with 9 sacks (11th) and 39 pressures, placing him comfortably inside the league’s top pass-rush tiers.

The Raiders’ offensive tackles simply aren’t built to survive that level of heat. LT Stone Forsythe ranks 73rd of 81 tackles and has been a liability, already surrendering 28 pressures, 8 sacks, and 4 penalties.

On the right side, RT DJ Glaze has been even worse: 33 pressures, 7 sacks, and 5 penalties allowed. Even the interior hasn’t held up C Alex Cappa has yielded 17 pressures and 3 sacks straight up the middle.

This is a massive mismatch leaning heavily toward Denver’s front that already ranks first in sacks per game, with 4.3.

Week 14 Prediction for PrizePicks: Raiders QB Geno Smith – 203.5 Pass Yards

Cardinals OL vs. Rams DL

The Rams’ defensive line keeps getting overlooked, but the production is undeniable. Jared Verse, their first-round hammer on the edge, ranks seventh in the NFL in total pressures (57) and has added 6 sacks thus far.

Across from him, Byron Young is having an elite season of his own with 45 pressures and 11 sacks, good for fifth among all edge rushers. On the interior, DT Poona Ford has been one of the best in the league, grading as the 3rd-best DT out of 129, per PFF.

Arizona’s offensive line isn’t built to handle that trio. RT Kelvin Beachum has allowed 23 pressures, 3 sacks, and 5 penalties and now faces Verse for four quarters. RG Isaiah Adams has been similarly shaky with 18 pressures and 6 penalties, and LG Evan Brown has been the weak point, giving up a brutal 35 pressures, 4 penalties, and 2 sacks.

Cardinals QB Jacoby Brissett's 18.2% pressure-to-throw rate (20th, per PFF), plus the extended injury to WR Marvin Harrison Jr., sets him up for trouble vs. this ferocious front seven.

Week 14 Prediction for PrizePicks: Cardinals QB Jacoby Brissett – 255.5 Passing Yards
