The 2026 NBA All-Star Weekend will provide some much-needed respite to players and fans alike, with no games until next Thursday. The dog days of the NBA season peak prior to All-Star Weekend, and once we’re out of it, it will be an electric 30-game race to the NBA Playoffs.
Highlighting the weekend festivities on Saturday is the State Farm NBA 3-Point Contest, set to tip off at 5:00 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock.
Eight of the NBA's sharpest shooters will go head-to-head to win the 3-point crown on Saturday night, followed by the Kia Shooting Stars event and the Slam Dunk Contest.
Below, we will break down each of the 3-Point Contest participants, including payouts, stats, and picks for PrizePicks Team Picks. With Team Picks, you can make 3-Point Contest predictions, as well as pick game winners, spreads, and over/unders — now available in 34 states!

2026 State Farm NBA 3-Point Contest Participants, Stats, Picks
Below are season stats for every participant in the 2026 NBA 3-Point Contest, along with picks for PrizePicks Team Picks. Contestants are listed in order of their payouts to win the 3-Point Contest.
Hornets SG Kon Knueppel
3-Pointer Stats (2025-26): 183-for-425 (43.1%)
3-Point Catch and Shoot %: 41.3%
The fact that Knueppel is the favorite for this contest ahead of two-time 3-Point Contest winner Damian Lillard says enough about how special this rookie is. He is second in the NBA in 3-pointers made and is on pace to shatter the rookie regular-season 3-point record.
However, no rookie has ever won the 3-Point Contest. Can Knueppel solidify a record-breaking rookie season with some hardware on Saturday?
Picking Kon Knueppel to win the NBA 3-Point Contest pays out 3.7x on PrizePicks Team Picks if you're right — or $370 on a $100 entry.
Trail Blazers PG Damian Lillard
3-Pointer Stats (2024-25): 197-for-524 (37.6%)
3-Point Catch and Shoot %: 41.5%
We finally get to see Damian Lillard back on the hardcourt this season. Dame has participated in this contest six times in his career and is looking to become only the third three-time winner of the 3-Point Contest, joining Larry Bird and Craig Hodges. He has the most experience of the group, and that could play a key role for him under the bright lights of the Intuit dome.
Picking Lillard to win the NBA 3-Point Contest pays out 4.76x on PrizePicks Team Picks if you're right — or $476 on a $100 entry.
Nuggets PG Jamal Murray
3-Pointer Stats (2025-26): 158-for-372 (38.3%)
3-Point Catch and Shoot %: 43.7%
The Blue Arrow is rightfully taking full advantage of the All-Star game festivities after being named an All-Star for the first time in his NBA career.
He is averaging 3.2 3-pointers per game on 42.5% shooting, both are career-high’s. Murray is second among participants in catch-and-shoot percentage from deep this year, which could play to his advantage in a contest predicated on that type of shooting split.
Picking Jamal Murray to win the NBA 3-Point Contest pays out 6.25x on PrizePicks Team Picks if you're right — or $625 on a $100 entry.
Cavaliers SG Donovan Mitchell
3-Pointer Stats (2025-26): 185-for-492 (37.6%)
3-Point Catch and Shoot %: 42.2%
Mitchell leads the NBA in total 3-pointers made this season and is doing so on a 37.6% clip — the highest of his Cavalier career. This is his third time in the 3-Point contest, so he, like Dame, will have a level of experience that could prove pivotal.
Picking Donovan Mitchell to win the NBA 3-Point Contest pays out 6.66x on PrizePicks Team Picks if you're right — or $666 on a $100 entry.
Suns SG Devin Booker
3-Pointer Stats (2025-26): 74-for-238 (31.1%)
3-Point Catch and Shoot %: 38.3%
D-Book is another former champion of this contest. He won it back in 2018, setting a record at the time with 28 points in the final round. Coming into this weekend, he is the coldest of all participants, ranking last in total 3-pointers made and in 3-point percentage.
Picking Devin Booker to win the NBA 3-Point Contest pays out 6.66x on PrizePicks Team Picks if you're right — or $666 on a $100 entry.
76ers PG Tyrese Maxey
3-Pointer Stats (2025-26): 174-for-459 (37.9%)
3-Point Catch and Shoot %: 39.2%
Maxey ranks fourth in the NBA in total made 3-pointers and will be Philadelphia’s first 3-Point contest representative since Kyle Korver in 2005.
Picking Tyrese Maxey to win the NBA 3-Point Contest pays out 6.66x on PrizePicks Team Picks if you're right — or $666 on a $100 entry.
Heat G Norman Powell
3-Pointer Stats (2025-26): 130-for-328 (39.6%)
3-Point Catch and Shoot %: 41.2%
Powell will look to keep the 3-Point Contest trophy in South Beach and defend the title for Miami following SG Tyler Herro’s win last year. He poured in a career-high 9 nine 3-pointers against the Pelicans on Jan. 4.
Picking Norman Powell to win the NBA 3-Point Contest pays out 8.33x on PrizePicks Team Picks if you're right — or $833 on a $100 entry.
Bucks PF Bobby Portis
3-Pointer Stats (2025-26): 94-for-209 (45%)
3-Point Catch and Shoot %: 45.4%
Portis returns the highest payout if he were to win the 3-Point contest, but also boasts some of the most impressive shooting splits of all participants. He leads all participants in 3-point percentage and in 3-point catch-and-shoot percentage.
Portis will look to join Karl-Anthony Towns (2022), Kevin Love (2012), and Dirk Nowitzki (2006) as the fourth-ever big man to win the 3-Point Contest.
Picking Bobby Portis to win the NBA 3-Point Contest pays out 14.28x on PrizePicks Team Picks if you're right — or $1,428 on a $100 entry.
