NASCAR Würth 400 Winner, Top 10 Predictions for Texas – Sunday, May 3

Carson Hocevar picked up his first career victory in last Sunday’s Jack Link’s 500 at Talladega Superspeedway. Hocevar became the sixth different driver to celebrate in the winner’s circle this season.

Joey Logano is the defending champion at Texas, despite leading for only 7 laps. Logano held off Ross Chastain and Ryan Blaney, while Kyle Larson finished fourth after leading for 90 laps.

There have been nine different winners in the past nine races at Texas, including Chase Elliott, William Byron, Tyler Reddick, Larson, Kyle Busch, Austin Dillon, Kevin Harvick, and Denny Hamlin.

The favorite to win the Würth 400 at Texas is Denny Hamlin entering Saturday's qualifying (1:40 p.m. ET), according to PrizePicks Team Picks.

Hamlin currently has a 5x payout ($100 pays out $500) if he wins, while several other drivers, including Larson, is right behind him at a 5.26x payout to win at Texas, according to PrizePicks.

Payout multipliers listed below (like 2x) indicate real-money earnings if your NASCAR predictions are correct; for example, 2x on a $100 entry pays $200 if correct on PrizePicks Team Picks — available in 35 states, including Texas. “Yes” payouts represent a specific outcome occurring, whereas "No" payouts indicate the opposite.

Here are two of the top Würth 400 picks to target in the spring 2026 NASCAR race from Texas Motor Speedway on Sunday. Top PrizePicks NASCAR picks are headlined by two drivers: Joey Logano and Bubba Wallace.

  • In the last four Texas races, Logano owns a pair of Top-2 finishes.
