The Magic are still finding ways to win with two starters out of commission and are gearing up for a road matchup vs. the Warriors on Monday.

This interconference pairing has been fairly even in recent years, and the Dubs have a chance to even the 2025-26 series at 1-1 with a win. We'll find out if the Golden State is ready to break out of its slump with a second straight win when the game tips off at 10:00 p.m. ET.

Below, we'll preview the game and break down two of the top Magic vs. Warriors NBA predictions and picks on PrizePicks for today, including PF Paolo Banchero and PG Stephen Curry.

Magic vs. Warriors Prediction, Spread, Over/Under

Orlando is firmly in the playoff hunt as a 16-12 squad that ranks fifth in the Eastern Conference standings. The Magic’s offense has improved significantly from last year after trading for sharpshooting G Desmond Bane over the offseason, but health remains a major problem.

The Magic’s star duo of F Paolo Banchero and F Franz Wagner have already combined to miss 14 games this season. Banchero missed three weeks early in the year with a groin strain, while Wagner is working his way back from an ankle sprain, and might not be in the full swing of things until 2026.

Orlando is still finding ways to grind out wins despite no longer having the NBA’s top-ranked scoring defense that it had in 2024-25.

The Warriors are 14-15 this year and are just barely in the playoff picture. They're dealing with health issues of their own, as they try to build some continuity in their starting lineup.

Curry hasn’t wasted any time reasserting himself as an impact player, as he’s averaged 32.5 points while shooting 48.8% from the field and 44.4% from three across his previous four games after returning from a five-game layoff.

However, Golden State has gone just 1-3 during that stretch. Taking advantage of the battered Magic is crucial to the Warriors’ climb back toward .500 in the beast that is the Western Conference.

Steve Kerr is committed to making G Moses Moody and C Quinten Post mainstays in the first unit for the foreseeable future, and Golden State managed to snap a three-game losing streak with them in those roles over the weekend.

Whether they can improve the team’s consistency is still up in the air, though.

Franz Wagner (ankle) and Moritz Wagner (knee) are out for Orlando, while Jalen Suggs (hip) is doubtful and Tristan da Silva (shoulder) is questionable. Al Horford (back) and Seth Curry (thigh) have been ruled out for Golden State.

Injuries have plagued each team, but Orlando is more banged up ahead of this matchup in California. Curry will look to stay hot shooting the rock against a defense that’s excelled against the long ball in 2025-26.
