A rare Monday Night Football doubleheader sees TE Brock Bowers’ Las Vegas Raiders host the Los Angeles Chargers at 10 p.m. EST (ESPN). Fantasy managers not on the West Coast will need to stay up incredibly late in order to see if the second-year tight end can lead them to victory.
Thankfully for the Raiders, Bowers had an extra day to get himself back to 100%, what with MNF being a thing. And the additional healing time sure didn't hurt, as reported by Raiders HC Pete Carroll.

Is Brock Bowers Playing Tonight? Injury Status and News
After his fantastic Week 1 performance, the last thing Bowers’ fantasy owners wanted to hear about was a potential injury. The good news for Bowers truthers is that the Raiders have been consistently confident he wouldn’t battle a long-term injury, though they were cautious with him in practice.
But insider Adam Schefter reports that Bowers’ knee issue will be a non-factor and he’s expected to take the field tonight against the Chargers.
Brock Bowers: Fantasy Football Outlook
First-year Raiders QB Geno Smith targeted Bowers 8 times in the team’s 20-13 Week 1 win over the New England Patriots — only WR Jakobi Meyers saw more targets. Bowers topped the receiving charts with 103 yards despite having 3 fewer receptions than Meyers.
The lone passing touchdown the Chargers allowed in Week 1 was against Kansas City Chiefs TE Travis Kelce, who was targeted only 4 times. That said, K.C.'s target share chart was a mess, as WR Hollywood Brown saw 16 targets come his way.
Brock Bowers Projections vs. Chargers, Week 2
As it stands, PrizePicks projects Bowers to finish Monday night's clash with 61.5 receiving yards, 2 yards less than the initial projection.. It's the highest projection for any Raiders' wide receivers.
Smith’s projection sits at 244.5 passing yards, in line with the 258 yards he put up against the Chiefs last week. (On opening weekend, Smith trailed only Bills QB Josh Allen, who racked up 362 passing yards.)
With Bowers' knee no longer bothering him, this duo has another chance to establish themselves as an elite QB/TE duo.
