Early Hungarian GP predictions went completely sideways when Lando Norris threw down a pole position run in Q3. The qualifying position meant the world to Norris, who has been struggling the past few races.

F1 Hungarian Grand Prix Predictions, Picks After Qualifying

Antonelli was the favorite to take pole in the Hungarian Grand Prix. Naturally, Kimi Antonelli then made his share of mistakes. That resulted in a three-place grid penalty for not slowing down sufficiently during Max Verstappen’s spin-inducing yellow flag. 

The Ferrari cars were quite fast as Hamilton and Leclerc had qualified second and third. It turned out Hamilton obstructed Oscar Piastri, and, as a result, he dropped from second to fifth for Sunday’s race.
