Guarantee Picks
Guarantee Picks are PrizePicks’ biggest projection drops — all the way down to 0.5. With a Guarantee Pick, a player only needs 1 yard, 1 point, or 1 strikeout for the More to hit. Check the Board to see active promos, or your Rewards tab for Guarantee Picks Rewards to apply to a popular player projection before they expire.
How Guarantee Picks Work
Guarantee Picks are our most popular promo; these discount a single player’s projection to its lowest possible number — like 0.5 yards, 0.5 strikeouts, or 0.5 points. It’s as close to a free win as you can get.
These can land on the Board as a promo, or in your account as a Reward, where you can pick a player to use it on. When they’re available, they’ll only stay around for a limited time.

Note: Guarantee Picks can only be used in one Lineup per user.
Two Ways to Use Guarantee Picks
There are two ways you can apply Guarantee Picks to your lineup, depending on whether it’s a Promo or Reward.
No matter how you play it, Guarantee Picks are always the lowest possible projection, reduced to 0.5.
How to Use Guarantee Pick Promos: Step-by-Step
When a Guarantee Pick promo hits the board, it won’t last long. Go to the app, grab the More on 0.5, and submit your lineup before the offer expires.
Step 1
Find the live Guarantee Pick
Open the PrizePicks app and look for Guarantee Picks on the board, specifically in the Explore tab, Promos tab, or on the specific sport tab under Player Picks.
Step 2
Add the “More” to Your Lineup
Tap the More on the Guarantee Pick (set at 0.5) to add it to your lineup. These are limited-time promos, so the number won’t be on the board for long.
Tip: If you want to choose Less on that player’s projection instead, use the search to find the non-discounted projection, which will be a higher number, and select Less there.
Step 3
Add 2-5 More Pick(s)
Although the Guarantee Pick is as close to an auto-win that you can get, you still need to add at least 1 more pick before you submit your lineup. Lineup must have players from at least two different teams.
Step 4
Finish Submitting Your Lineup
Choose your entry fee, Power or Flex Play for higher or safer payouts, and submit your lineup before the games lock.
How to Use Guarantee Pick Rewards: Step-by-Step
A Guarantee Pick Reward can be applied to one of several players — make your pick and add it to your lineup.
Step 1
Find your Guarantee Pick Reward
Open the PrizePicks app and look for your Guarantee Picks Reward; you’ll find it in your Rewards tab, on the Board on the Explore page under Promos, or when submitting your Lineup, above your Flex or Power Play selection.
Step 2
Pick Your Guarantee
Choose from a selection of players and their stat projections. The pick is automatically lowered to 0.5 to help you lock in a win. Tap “Add Pick” to put it in your lineup
Step 3
Add 2-5 More Picks
Although the Guarantee Pick is as close to a win that you can get, you still need to add at least 1 more pick before you submit your lineup.
Step 4
Finish Submitting Your Lineup
With your Guarantee Pick Reward applied, choose your entry fee, Power or Flex Play for higher or safer payouts, and submit your lineup before the games lock.
Guarantee Picks are the most popular promo type on PrizePicks, often offered around major sporting events. They drop select player projections to their lowest possible number, like 0.5 yards, 0.5 points, 0.5 rebounds, or 0.5 strikeouts.
Guarantee Picks can appear on the board as a promo on a particular player available to all users, or as a reward just for you to use on a player of your choice.
Guarantee Picks lower a player’s projection to the furthest extent, so they only need to record the stat once for the More pick to hit. For example, if a player has a 0.5 points for an NBA Guarantee Picks, they only need 1 point for the More to hit.
No. Guarantee Picks are not guaranteed wins. A Guarantee Pick is a projection discounted to its lowest possible number, so they make the More pick as likely as possible to hit. But the player still has to clear the 0.5 number to get the win.
If a player is injured in the first half of several sports and don’t return, they’re covered by our Reboot policy, which means your lineup can still win!
Guarantee Pick promos appear directly on the PrizePicks board, especially in the Explore tab or Promos tab. PrizePicks may also announce drops through email and social media. Stay locked in on PrizePicks’ X, Instagram, and Discord to find out when Guarantee Picks go live.
Yes. Guarantee Pick promos are limited-time offers and can leave the board quickly, usually disappearing when the game starts. Guarantee Pick rewards may last longer, but will also expire at a particular date, which is visible in the Rewards tab.

No. each Guarantee Pick can only be used in one Lineup per user — that includes Promos and Rewards.
