Who doesn’t love to feel like that fantasy football genius at the end of the season? I know I do, and the path to victory scoring with your fantasy football sleepers. We’ve seen it year in and year out — the players that crush their Averaged Draft Position (ADP) become league winners.

In 2024, it was Commanders QB Jayden Daniels’ at pick 102 (QB12), Jaguars WR Brian Thomas at 118 (WR48), and Bengals RB Chase Brown at 108 (RB36) that won championships in 2024. It’s time to find the new crop of sleepers for the 2025 fantasy football season.

And where do sleepers come to life? In the trenches of training camp.

Whether it may be the highly-touted rookies like Ashton Jeanty, Omarion Hampton, or Tetairoa McMillan, or late-round fliers like J.K. Dobbins, Cedric Tillman, or Bryce Young, we are here to make sure you hit on your sleeper picks to reign supreme in your 2025 fantasy football leagues.

Let’s check out who’s been rising up the charts and emerging throughout the 2025 training camp.

Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence

Fantasy Football Sleepers: Trevor Lawrence

2025 ADP: 145 (QB20)

The Jaguars have seemingly done a 180 this offseason, revamping their offense. Before the offseason began, they pried away former Buccaneers offensive coordinator Liam Coen to head this dreadful franchise into new heights.

Hopefully, his play-calling skills will be a lot better than his rendition of “DUUUUVAL”— if you know, you know. Nonetheless, Coen has put together a chance for QB Trevor Lawrence to bounce back in a critical year.

Check out what Coen did for Mayfield's MVP-caliber year in 2024:

  • Passing Yards: 4,500 yards (3rd in the NFL) – up from 4,0444 in 2023
  • Passing Touchdowns: 41 touchdowns (T-2nd) – up from 28 in 2023
  • Passer Rating: 106.8 rating – up from 94.6 in 2023

Coen is already opening up the playbook for Lawrence, hinting toward higher rushing upside in 2025, “So much of what made us successful last year with Baker was his ability to run, to make plays. So that's something that we've been working hard at,” Coen said during training camp.

Lawrence seemingly has the chance to break out in a big way. With his current ADP of 145 being picked as the 20th QB overall in fantasy football leagues, there is a chance he could be your home run fantasy football sleeper in 2025 — andyouonly have to draft him as a QB2.

Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker III

2025 Fantasy Football Sleepers: Kenneth Walker III

2025 ADP: 42 (RB16)

The Seattle Seahawks have made a ton of changes on the offensive side of the ball, but the biggest addition made was play-caller Klint Kubiak. Kubiak is known for his work with Alvin Kamara and Christian McCaffrey during his time as an offensive coordinator.

Both are known as pass-catching running backs, which fits the trajectory of RB Kenneth Walker III's career, as he had a career-high 46 receptions last year in a career-low 12 games played.

Regarding Walker, Kubiak said,  "We're going to ask a lot out of him". With newly-acquired Sam Darnold via free agency manning the offense, they are going to want to lean on the run game to take the pressure off of him.

That’s where Walker comes in, who’s been one of the best lead backs in the league when healthy. Check his stats during his first two full seasons:

  • 503 touches
  • 2,379 all-purpose yards
  • 18 touchdowns

Walker is a bell-cow back who will see the majority of the work in the backfield. With his current ADP of 42 (RB16) he's in a great position to outshine his ADP.

Broncos RB RJ Harvey

Fantasy Football Sleepers: RJ Harvey

2025 ADP: 67 (RB24)

The Broncos selected RJ Harvey with their second-round pick in 2025, making him the fifth running back taken in the draft, but has a huge opportunity in a wide-open backfield on the Broncos to outperform rookies like Ashton Jeanty and Omarion Hampton, who went before him.

There has been speculation that J.K Dobbins was signed in the offseason to take the starting spot, but admiration from Sean Payton cooled those notions, “The best thing is he’s such a willing learner… he wants to please, and he’s very coachable”, Payton said.

In college, he showed his explosiveness and his willingness to do it all. In his final three seasons of college, Harvey compiled:

  • 4,509 all-purpose yards
  • 48 touchdowns
  • 61 receptions

Some were concerned about his first preseason performance, where Harvey missed an open running lane on his way to going sub-4 yards per carry — finishing with 7 carries for 25 yards.

With his current ADP of 67 (RB254), Harvey has a real chance to break out down the stretch for your fantasy football playoffs if he can hold off Dobbins for the RB1 role. One Denver Post write said the he's "pretty sure" that Harvey will be the Week 1 starter over Dobbins.

Dolphins WR Jaylen Waddle

Fantasy Football Sleepers - Jaylen Waddle

2025 ADP: 74 (WR32)

The Miami Dolphins underperformed mightily in 2024 due to injuries everywhere on both sides of the ball, including QB Tua Tagovailoa, who only played in 11 games. They will be looking to bounce back in a big way in 2025 after finishing 8-9 in a division that may be a bit tougher in 2025.

For that to happen, success will need to come through the air. While we know WR Tyreek Hill will be a big part of that, Jaylen Waddle — the Robin to Hill’s Batman — could be positioned to take off.

Reporters have raved about Waddle from Dolphins’ training camp and the expectations coming into the new season.

Waddle has been pegged as “one of the top performers at training camp”, and head coach Mike McDaniel praised Waddle for his improved chemistry with Tagovailoa.

Meanwhile, Hill is not in the same boat. Tagovailoa said Hill was working to regain his team's trust in July. Hill insisted he would change. Then, Hill missed the team stretch and was late to practice during training camp.

That disconnect between Hill and his team could open the door for the Tua to Waddle connection to thrive this year.

In the last full season with Waddle and Tagovailoa together, these two had a great season. Take a look at the stats:

  • 75 receptions
  • 1,356 yards
  • 8 TDs
  • 117 targets
  • 18.1 yards per reception

The last two years, Waddle has missed at least two games in each season. With his current ADP at 74 (WR32), if he’s able to somewhat replicate his 2022 season success with Tua and stay healthy, Waddle could blow it out of the water as a fantasy football sleeper in his age 26 season.

Cowboys TE Jake Ferguson

Fantasy Football Sleepers: Jake Ferguson

2025 ADP: 136 (TE16)

One of several Dallas Cowboys to take a step back in 2024, TE Jake Ferguson is ready for a bounce-back season.

The Cowboys have done an overhaul on the offense, bringing in WR George Pickens from the Steelers as well as three healthy running backs of Javonte Williams, Miles Sanders, and rookie Jaydon Blue. Best of all QB Dak Prescott is healthy again.

With Brian Schottenheimer taking over play-calling duties, expect a more air-it-out type of scheme, which will suit Prescott and company to get back on track in 2025. The last time Prescott and Ferguson were injury-free together, it was magic.

Just check out Ferguson’s stats with Prescott in 2023:

  • 96 targets (7th)
  • 71 receptions (9th)
  • 761 yards (8th)
  • 5 TD (7th)
  • 424 Yards After Catch (6th)

With quotes about Ferguson at training camp, “Jake Ferguson looks ready for all manner of smoke.

At Ferguson’s current ADP of 136 (TE16), he could be a steal in a pass-friendly offense, and one that you can wait on that is in position to drop top 10 tight end numbers again this year.
