Week 6’s edition of Thursday Night Football will feature the Seattle Seahawks (3-2) against the Denver Broncos (3-2) at 8:15 p.m. ET on Prime Video. The Seahawks enter as 2.5-point road favorites, with a 1.66x payout if they win outright, per PrizePicks.

The Seahawks are coming off a 32-29 loss at home to the undefeated San Francisco 49ers in a game that largely revolved around strong defensive play despite the final score. The two teams combined for 7 turnovers, and neither offense came close to reaching 300 total yards.

On the other hand, Denver got a road win in Week 5, though it needed to come from behind in the fourth quarter to emerge with a 23-17 victory over the winless Los Angeles Chargers. The Broncos’ offense continued to struggle despite head coach Sean Payton retaking play-calling duties.

With this matchup showing just a 40.5-point total, will the defenses take center stage tonight?

Below, we’ll break down our Seahawks vs. Broncos prediction and picks for Week 6’s Thursday Night Football game tonight, including the spread, over/under, and top player picks for PrizePicks.

Seahawks vs. Broncos Prediction, Spread, Over/Under for Thursday Night Football

The Seahawks enter Thursday’s game as 2.5-point road favorites against the Broncos, returning a 1.66x payout if they win outright, via PrizePicks — or an estimated $166 on a $100 entry.

Here are the full payouts for the Seahawks vs. Broncos game on PrizePicks. PrizePicks data is live at the time of writing and is subject to change.

Although the Seahawks are averaging the eighth-most points per game (26.8), they’re just 17th in yards per game (328.0).

QB Sam Darnold has been iffy to begin the season, throwing 5 INTs in his three games since returning from injury. He’s also logged the league’s sixth-highest sack rate (8.4%) and was sacked 5 times by the 49ers last week. Among 32 qualified quarterbacks, Darnold is 26th in adjusted EPA/play (-0.027), per RBSDM.

With RB Jadarian Price on injured reserve, RB Emaneul Wilson has been Seattle’s lead running back the past two weeks, with RB George Holani also mixing in. This season, Wilson has averaged just 3.4 rush yards per attempt while Holani has averaged 3.0 per attempt. Ball security has been an issue for the pair, too, as they have combined for 4 fumbles across the last two games.

Zach Charbonnet could give this backfield a boost, but he’s not expected to return until Week 7.

Despite the concerns on offense, the Seahawks’ D remains elite. Seattle has allowed the fewest yards per game (251.2), and it ranks fourth in defensive DVOA, per FTN. This is further backed by the defense ranking second in both EPA/play allowed (-0.117) and success rate (38.4%).

They could make things difficult for a Broncos team still trying to figure things out on offense. Denver ranks 26th in points per game (19.4) and 30th in yards per game (269.0).

Like his Seahawks counterpart, QB Bo Nix has battled his share of struggles, ranking 25th in adjusted EPA/play (-0.013). The running game has been sluggish, too, as the team is averaging just 86.2 rushing yards per game and 3.6 yards per attempt.

Head coach Sean Payton’s return to offensive play-calling duties could theoretically help jump-start this attack, but the team produced just 224 total yards on offense last week against the Chargers.

On the surface, the Broncos have been a mixed bag on defense, as they’re 13th in points allowed per game (22.2) but are 22nd in yards allowed per game (347.4). They’re also dealing with multiple injuries to their secondary, including CB Pat Surtain II and S Talanoa Hufanga both being ruled out.

However, Denver faced the Kansas City Chiefs, Jacksonville Jaguars, Los Angeles Rams, and San Francisco 49ers over its first four games, all teams that are inside the top 10 in EPA/play this season. The Broncos rank 10th in defensive DVOA, which could be a better indication of their level.

Seahawks vs. Broncos Prediction on Spread for Thursday Night Football – 10/15/26

Here are the key stats and trends behind our Seahawks vs. Broncos prediction on the spread for Thursday, October 15.

  • Both of these offenses have struggled, but the Broncos have the slight edge in offensive DVOA, ranking 19th compared to 22nd for the Seahawks.
  • The Seahawks rank 30th in rush EPA/play (-0.275). Not only does the team miss RB Kenneth Walker III — last season’s Super Bowl MVP — after letting him walk in free agency, but they’re effectively down to their third- and fourth-string running backs without Price and Charbonnet available.
  • Seattle is tied for the NFL’s fifth-most turnovers (9).
  • The Broncos’ defense ranks ninth in EPA/play allowed (-0.035) and fifth in success rate (40.7%), further suggesting this remains a strong unit.
  • Per Sharp Football Analysis, Denver’s D ranks sixth in pressure rate (40.5%). PFF gives this pass rush the league’s fourth-best grade, too.
  • The Seahawks’ offensive line has allowed the seventh-highest pressure rate (41.4%).
  • Denver is 2-0 at home this year, defeating a pair of quality opponents in the Jaguars and Rams.
  • The Seahawks have lost two of their three away games, one of which came against the lowly Washington Commanders, who were starting backup QB Marcus Mariota. Seattle’s lone road win came against the 1-4 Arizona Cardinals.

Seahawks vs. Broncos Picks, Player Stats for TNF on PrizePicks: 10/15/26

Here are the top Seahawks vs. Broncos picks to target on Thursday, October 15. Today’s NFL picks for PrizePicks include Emanuel Wilson and J.K. Dobbins.

Seahawks RB Emanuel Wilson vs. Broncos: 17.5 Rush Attempts

  • In the three games Wilson has played over 40% of the snaps, he’s tallied 21, 21, and 20 carries. As the starter, he’s logged 59-60% of the snaps over the past two weeks.
  • If there’s one area Denver’s defense has been vulnerable, it’s against the run. The Broncos have given up the fourth-most rushing yards per game (145.2) and the eighth-most rushing yards per attempt (4.7).
  • Denver’s D also ranks 28th in rush EPA/play allowed (-0.033). PFF grades the defense 27th in rush defense, too.
  • Despite starting just two of Seattle’s games, Wilson leads the team with 15 red zone carries, per FantasyPros. That’s tied for the NFL’s 12th-most. He’s the only Seahawks running back to see any red zone rushes over the past two weeks (6).
  • Between the tight spread and low total, it’s less likely either team has to abandon the run due to falling into a negative game script.
Add Emanuel Wilson + Seahawks to win on PrizePicks!

Broncos RB J.K. Dobbins vs. Seahawks: 47.5 Rush Yards

  • With Sean Payton calling offensive plays in Week 5, Dobbins saw season-highs in carries (18) and rushing yards (68), and he scored his first touchdown.
  • Dobbins averaged 11.5 carries and 40.3 rushing yards per game over the previous four weeks.
  • Backup RB RJ Harvey saw only 3 rushes last week. He’s gone over that mark once in the four games he’s played.
  • This is a difficult matchup against Seattle’s stout defense, but its still allowed 100.4 rushing yards per game, so this unit hasn’t completely shut down opposing rushers.
  • PFF gives Denver’s offensive line the ninth-best run blocking grade. The unit has helped Denver running backs to the 11th-most yards before contact per rush (1.3) with the second-lowest rush stuff rate (12.2%).
Add J.K. Dobbins + Broncos to cover the spread to your PrizePicks lineup now.
