Quinshon Judkins Injury Update: Will Judkins Play This Week vs. Titans?

Head coach Todd Monken is “optimistic” that Judkins will play against the Titans, per ESPN’s Daniel Oyefusi. Monken holds the same optimism that RB Dylan Sampson will play after suffering a knee injury in Week 1 and landing on injured reserve.

Neither Judkins nor Sampson was listed as a non-participant on the team’s pre-practice injury report ahead of Week 7. Judkins also practiced Wednesday, suggesting he could be heading in the right direction.

Judkins logged limited practice leading up to the team’s 13-10 win over the Ravens in Week 6. However, the Browns’ second-year RB was ultimately listed as inactive for that contest.

If Judkins misses Sunday’s Week 7 game, how does that affect fantasy football and Browns picks for PrizePicks?

Browns Fantasy Football Outlook If Judkins Is Out

The Browns originally selected Judkins in the second round of the 2025 NFL Draft to lead the team’s backfield. In his second season, fantasy football managers were intrigued by the possibility of him becoming a bell-cow RB.

According to FantasyPros, Judkins had an RB22 average draft position (ADP) and was selected early in the fifth round of most PPR drafts.

In five games this season, Judkins has carried the ball 73 times for 221 yards (3.0 yards per carry) and a TD. The former Ohio State star’s best performance came in Week 3 against the Carolina Panthers when he racked up 70 yards on 3.9 YPC.

While the numbers haven’t been eye-popping, Judkins has recorded a 60.3% snap share, ranking 17th among NFL RBs, per PlayerProfiler. He's also scored 11.3 fantasy PPG, ranking 20th among RBs.

If Judkins remains sidelined, the Browns could use RB Jaleel McLaughlin, especially if Sampson remains banged up. McLaughlin has 11 carries for 72 yards (6.5 YPC) and a TD, plus 4 receptions for 14 yards out of the backfield.

The veteran RB had 9 carries for 41 yards and caught 4 passes for 14 yards against the Ravens in Week 6.

Week 7 offers a fairly strong matchup against a Titans run defense that has surrendered 122.5 rushing yards per game (22nd). Tennessee has given up 21.5 PPG (13th) and a -0.126 rush EPA/play (12th), per RBSDM.

Meanwhile, Cleveland’s offense has struggled at times, ranking 26th in EPA/play (-0.077) and having just a 34.1% rush success rate (28th).

If Judkins takes the field, there's a chance to get back on track running the ball against an inconsistent foe.
