NFL Week 6 Cheat Sheet, NFL Picks & Predictions – Sunday, October 18

Below are the top NFL Week 6 predictions, picks, matchups, and players to target in the PrizePicks cheat sheet, including analysis of QBs, RBs, WRs, TEs, and TD scorers.

Unless otherwise noted, this article uses data from Sumer Sports, PFF, Pro Football Reference, and Next Gen Stats.

NFL Week 6 Cheat Sheet: Quarterbacks

Texans QB C.J. Stroud vs. Jaguars – 256.5 Pass Yards

Stroud is averaging 280.4 passing yards per game and ranks third among qualified QBs in completion percentage over expectation (+6.7%). Jacksonville has surrendered 266.2 passing yards per game, the third-most in the NFL.

Packers QB Jordan Love vs. Cowboys – 274.5 Pass Yards

Dallas ranks among the bottom four defenses in passing efficiency, success rate, and explosive-play prevention. Love completed 6 passes traveling 20-plus air yards against Chicago last week, the most by any quarterback in a game this season.

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott vs. Packers – 278.5 Pass Yards

Prescott comes into this one on fire, having thrown for 335+ yards in two of his last three games. He threw for 319 yards and 3 TDs against Green Bay in their last meeting. This game has a projected total of 53.5 points, tied for the highest on Week 6's slate, signaling potential for a back-and-forth shootout.

Rams QB Matthew Stafford vs. Cardinals – 281.5 Pass Yards

Stafford leads the NFL with 1,572 passing yards through five games and has thrown for 317+ yards in four straight outings. Arizona ranks 27th in pressure rate, while Stafford has thrown for 1,291 passing yards from a clean pocket alone — the most in the NFL.

49ers QB Brock Purdy vs. Commanders – 246.5 Pass Yards

Washington ranks 25th in dropback EPA allowed and has surrendered at least 24 fantasy points to four of the five quarterbacks it has faced.

NFL Week 6 Cheat Sheet: Running Backs

Ravens RB Derrick Henry vs. Browns – 89.5 Rush Yards

Cleveland allows a 10-plus-yard run on 16% of running back carries, the worst rate in the NFL. The Browns also rank 30th in yards after contact per rush at 3.67, while Henry averages 4.03 yards after contact per attempt, ranking seventh.

Cleveland could also be without defensive tackle Mason Graham; since 2025, the Browns have allowed 5.3 yards per carry without him.

Falcons RB Bijan Robinson vs. Bears – 91.5 Rush Yards

Robinson leads the NFL with 580 rushing yards through five games, averaging 5.7 yards per carry while forcing 21 missed tackles. Chicago ranks 31st in PFF's run-defense grade and could be without key defenders EDGE Montez Sweat and LB T.J. Edwards, potentially weakening its ability to slow Atlanta's ground game.

Giants RB Cam Skattebo vs. Saints – 53.5 Rush Yards

New Orleans has allowed a league-high 133.4 rushing yards per game and the third-most yards after contact per carry (3.8) to opposing running backs.

Bills RB James Cook vs. Raiders – 92.5 Rush Yards

Las Vegas allows a league-high 2.59 yards before contact per rush, while Cook ranks second among RBs in average yards before contact.

Chiefs RB Kenneth Walker III vs. Chargers – 90.5 Rush Yards

Walker sits second with 537 rushing yards despite playing just four games, averaging a ridiculous 6.2 yards per carry. He’s forced 39 missed tackles and averaged 4.2 yards after contact per attempt, while the Chargers are 20th in fantasy points allowed to RBs

NFL Week 6 Cheat Sheet: Receivers

Falcons WR Drake London vs. Bears – 89.5 Rec Yards

As an absolute target monster with Penix at QB, he’s earned 11 targets in each of his last two outings and ranks fourth among qualified wide receivers with a 90.5 PFF grade. Chicago has allowed a 73.6% adjusted completion rate to opposing pass-catchers since the start of last season.

Panthers WR Tetairoa McMillan vs. Eagles – 62.5 Rec Yards

I thought this projection was a misprint. McMillan erupted for 192 receiving yards on 14 catches against Detroit, finishing with 16 targets in a breakout performance.

He’s averaging 96.3 receiving yards per game and ranks 10th among NFL wideouts with 385 yards despite playing just four games. Philadelphia is 25th in receiving yards allowed to opposing WRs.

Rams WR Puka Nacua vs. Cardinals – 92.5 Rec Yards

Puka is coming off a ridiculous 24-target outing against Buffalo and now faces Arizona, which has allowed 9.08 yards per pass attempt, the worst in the NFL.

Packers WR Christian Watson vs. Cowboys – 74.5 Rec Yards

The Cowboys defense is the gift that keeps on giving. They rank dead last in the NFL in both EPA/pass (0.36) and success rate allowed (50.65%).

Raiders TE Brock Bowers vs. Bills – 79.5 Rec Yards

Bowers has racked up 312 receiving yards in just three games, averaging 104.0 yards per game while earning 35 targets. Buffalo has allowed the second-most passing yards per game (280.4) and ranks 31st in total defense.

NFL Week 6 Cheat Sheet: TD Scorers

Cardinals TE Trey McBride vs. Rams – 0.5 Anytime TDs (Demon)

McBride has drawn 11 red zone targets and 6 end zone targets, while commanding at least 10 targets in every game this season. He’s already scored 3 receiving TDs, and his massive role in Arizona’s passing game gives him multiple chances to find the end zone on Sunday.

Cowboys RB Javonte Williams vs. Packers – 0.5 Anytime TDs (Goblin)

Williams has scored 6 rushing TDs on just 74 carries, ranking third among NFL running backs in rushing scores. He’s also handled 69.2% of Dallas’ red zone workload, while Green Bay has already given up 8 scores to running backs.

Rams RB Kyren Williams vs. Cardinals – 0.5 Anytime TDs (Goblin)

Williams owns 41.2% of the Rams’ red zone opportunities, including 17 carries and 4 targets inside the 20. Arizona sits 31st in red zone touchdown rate allowed (49.4%).
