Falcons RB Bijan Robinson Projection: 64.5 Rushing Yards
The former University of Texas standout hauled in a 50-yard TD reception from QB Michael Penix, Jr. less than two minutes into the season opener against Tampa Bay.
However, Robinson couldn’t get anything going on the ground, rushing for 24 yards on 12 attempts vs. a strong Bucs front seven.

To be fair, two of Robinson’s lowest rushing outputs in 2024 came against the Buccaneers. The Bucs held Robinson to 61 and 63 yards in two matchups last season, but the 24-yard effort was his third-fewest rushing yards in a game in his career.
Last December, the Vikings routed the Falcons at home, 42-21. But Robinson shined in the loss with a 92-yard performance on 22 carries, closing 2024 with six consecutive games of at least 90 yards rushing.
The Falcons led the NFL in rushing success rate last season at 47.3%, while the Vikings ranked second on the defensive side at 35.8%.
In the Week 1 comeback victory at Chicago, the Vikings posted a league-best 19% defensive rushing success rate.
The Bears rushed for 119 yards last Monday night, but 58 came from QB Caleb Williams. Chicago starting RB D’Andre Swift finished with 53 yards on 17 carries, an average of 3.1 yards per rush.
In six of eight games away from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in 2024, Robinson compiled 90 rushing yards or more. From a TD perspective, three of his five games with two scores came on the road.
