The Chiefs, Vikings, and 49ers are the lone remaining undefeated teams heading into Week 5, and we know at least Kansas City will remain that way due to being on a bye.

At the opposite end of the standings, the Dolphins, Texans, Titans, and Chargers are all searching for their first victory of the 2026 campaign. What matchups on this weekend's slate manage to jump off the page?

Below, we’ll examine the schedule and discuss our best Week 5 NFL predictions for Sunday, including picks for winners, spreads, over/under, team totals, and more on PrizePicks.

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Jacksonville Jaguars Prediction on Over/Under for NFL Week 5

Time + How to Watch: 9:30 a.m. ET on NFL Network

Win Spread Over/Under
PHI Eagles 3.7x +7.5 | 1.85x o41.5 | 1.81x
JAC Jaguars 1.25x -7.5 | 1.88x u41.5 | 1.88x

It's been an action-packed week for the Eagles, but not in a good way. Their offensive line is in flux after OT Lane Johnson retired and C Cam Jurgens was traded to the Ravens. Elsewhere, star RB Saquon Barkley suffered a hamstring injury in a 24-20 loss to the Rams in Week 4 that has him considered week-to-week.

Top backup RB Tank Bigsby (abdomen) was placed on IR on Tuesday, and WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) didn't play last week and could miss his second straight game.

The Eagles haven’t exactly been an offensive juggernaut, scoring 24 or fewer points in each week so far. The Bears held them to just 7 points in Week 3. After Philly scored 20 points in the first half against the Rams last week, it was shut out.

QB Jalen Hurts has thrown for 203 or fewer yards in three of his four games to kick off the season.

The Jaguars are a good defensive team that ranks sixth in dropback EPA/play allowed and seventh in rush EPA/play, per RBSDM. They have limited three of their opponents to 17 or fewer points, too, with the highest allowance being 20 to the Broncos on the road in Week 2.

Jacksonville's combined total for each of its last three games was 41 or fewer points. The Jaguars’ defense alone could help keep this a low-scoring affair.

Houston Texans vs. Tennessee Titans Prediction on Over/Under for NFL Week 5

Time + How to Watch: 1 p.m. ET on CBS

Win Spread Over/Under
HOU Texans 1.23x -7.5 | 1.88x o37.5 | 1.81x
TEN Titans 3.84x +7.5 | 1.85x u37.5 | 1.92x

Unless there's a tie, either the Texans or Titans will finally put their first win on the board this week. It’s not a huge surprise that Tennessee is still searching for a victory, but Houston entered the season with Super Bowl aspirations.

While the club is 0-4, three of its losses were decided by 5 or fewer points. The Texans also played two games without star WR Nico Collins because of injury, combining for 23 points compared to 61 in the two contests he's been active for.

Collins is healthy right now and is coming off a masterful performance against the Cowboys in which he recorded 7 receptions for 118 yards and 2 TDs.

Tennessee already struggles to defend the pass, ranking 26th in the NFL in dropback EPA/play allowed. A 20.8 PPG allowance isn’t terrible, but throwing that off a bit is a rain-soaked Week 3 battle with the Giants in which the Titans gave up just 12 points. The teams combined for 19 points in terrible conditions.

The Texans’ heralded defense hasn't lived up to expectations, ranking 25th in dropback EPA/play and ceding 27.3 PPG. Matchups against the Bills and Cowboys didn’t help matters.

Titans QB Cam Ward has underwhelmed out of the gate, but he does finally have weapons with WRs Carnell Tate and Wan’Dale Robinson in the fold. Tate had his best game against the Ravens last week, catching 9 of 12 targets for 145 yards.

If the Titans fall into an early hole, they could put points on the board in garbage time as they throw and play catch-up.

Indianapolis Colts vs. Pittsburgh Steelers Prediction on Over/Under for NFL Week 5

Time + How to Watch: 1 p.m. ET on CBS

Win Spread Over/Under
IND Colts 2.17x +2.5 | 1.92x o44.5 | 1.88x
PIT Steelers 1.63x -2.5 | 1.81x u44.5 | 1.85x

The Steelers’ offense looks different under new head coach Mike McCarthy. With Mike Tomlin last season, QB Aaron Rodgers had an average depth of target (aDOT) of just 6.4 yards, per Pro Football Focus. That's now way up to 9.2 in 2026.

Rodgers has racked up at least 290 passing yards each of the last two weeks, helping Pittsburgh score 30 and 24 points in those matchups.

The veteran could continue to thrive downfield in this matchup against the Colts, who rank 20th in dropback EPA/play on defense. Their 8.1 yards allowed per pass attempt is the fifth-highest mark in the league. Their run defense has also been bad (#23 rush EPA/play).

After holding the Falcons to 13 points with backup QB Cooper Rush under center in Week 1, the Steelers have allowed at least 20 points in each of their last three games. What stands out for this matchup is that they rank 20th in rush EPA/play allowed.

The Colts built their offense around RB Jonathon Taylor, who's logged at least 19 rushing attempts in each of Weeks 1-4. He has 2 TDs on three separate occasions to boot.

These two teams combined for 47 points when they faced off in Week 9 last season; another high-scoring matchup could be in the cards for the 2026 rematch.

A depleted offensive line and injuries to key skill players could leave the Eagles fighting an uphill battle to score against the Jaguars in Week 5. On the flip side, a healthy Collins might help the Texans score in bunches against a potentially pass-heavy Titans script.

Finally, after producing fireworks the last time they went head-to-head, the Steelers and Colts could both thrive on offense again when they meet Sunday.
