Florida State vs. Louisville Anytime TD Scorer Picks – Friday, October 9
This could be an entertaining game to watch, featuring plenty of points on the board.
It starts at QB. Both teams have athletic players under center who can be productive with their arms and legs. Each team’s starting signal-caller has more than 1,000 passing yards, 145 rushing yards, and 10 total TDs, so they very well could be heavily involved in the outcome.
Early in the season, neither team has shown defensive dominance. Florida State has allowed 14 points over its last two games, but one was against FCS Central Arkansas. In their losses to Alabama and SMU, they surrendered 77 points total.
Louisville also played SMU this year, ceding 31 points, but the Cardinals’ offense exploded for 41. Louisville has relied on its offense to keep games close because its defense has been awful. The Cardinals have allowed at least 400 total yards and 30 points to each of the four FBS opponents they've faced this season.
Anytime TDs on PrizePicks include rushing, receiving, recoveries, and returns. PrizePicks often list Anytime TDs as Demons and Goblins, meaning users can only select "More." For standard projections, users can select “More” or “Less.”
Demons are tougher to win but offer the highest payouts. Meanwhile, Goblins are lower than a standard projection but easier to win, so they pay less.
Florida State QB Ashton Daniels vs. Louisville: 1.5 Anytime TDs (Demon)
- Daniels is one of the country's top mobile QBs, owning a whopping 9 rushing TDs already in 2026. Louisville ranks in the 35th percentile in rushing TDs allowed (8).
- The Seminoles are one of the nation's more run-heavy teams, owning an 84th-percentile rushing play rate (60.2%). The Cardinals allow opponents to run the ball plenty, ranking in the 38th percentile in opponent rushing play clip (55.1%).
- Of Daniels’ 9 rushing TDs, 8 were inside the red zone. Louisville has struggled to defend inside the 20, slotting into the 54th percentile in defensive red-zone conversion rate (83.3%).
- Of the 15 red-zone TDs the Cardinals have allowed this year, 7 were on the ground.
Add Ashton Daniels + Florida State to win to your PrizePicks lineup now.
Louisville QB Lincoln Keinholz vs. Florida State: 0.5 Anytime TDs (Goblin)
- Keinholz is one of the most productive QBs on the ground, holding 6 rushing TDs — third-highest among QBs in the country. He's also scored a rushing TD in four of five games.
- Louisville has designed its offense to let Keinholz use his legs; he ranks 21st in the nation in QB-designed run plays.
- The Cardinals rank slightly above average in rushing success rate (44.9%). However, they may fare better against Florida State, which ranks in the 28th percentile in opponents’ rushing success rate (46.9%).
- Per Fourth and Short, Louisville excels at making big plays, ranking in the 90th percentile for offensive explosiveness rating (1.38). FSU struggles here, sitting in just the 33rd percentile in defensive explosiveness.
Add Lincoln Keinholz + Louisville to cover the spread to your PrizePicks lineup now.
