Here in Week 6 of NFL season, there are probably some big names on your fantasy football roster who haven't lived up to their ADP — Eagles RB Saquon Barkley, anyone? — so now might be the time to make some trade offers.

Below are four players, two of whom you might consider getting, and two of whom you might consider getting rid of. We'll break down these players' projections for Week 6 of NFL DFS PrizePicks — where you can pick More or Less on player stats to win real money during the 2025 NFL season.

Fantasy Football Buy Low: Week 6

Here are some key players to buy low on for fantasy football ahead of Week 6, as well as their projections on PrizePicks' NFL DFS game this week.

Panthers WR Tetairoa McMillian

The first-round rookie is having a decent start to the year, ranking as the WR24. A key reason is that the volume is there, with at least 8 targets in each game, and ranks eighth overall (43). Defenses are focused on containing him, which is why he ranks only 50th in production premium (+2.9).

The Panthers are struggling to find a WR2, with WR Brycen Tremayne second on the team with only 108 receiving yards, but four other players have more catches. However, help might finally arrive.

Panthers WR Jalen Coker has missed the start of the season with a quad injury, but head coach Dave Canales said Coker will begin practicing ahead of their Week 6 game against the Cowboys. Last year, he had 32 catches for 478 yards in 11 games with 14.9 yards per reception, finishing 20th among wide receivers with at least 40 targets.

Coker’s big-play ability might give some relief to McMillian.

  • 66.5 Receiving Yards
  • 0.5 Rush+Rec TDs

Patriots RB TreVeon Henderson

It’s been a disappointing start for Henderson as he comes into Week 6 ranked as the RB46. The Patriots secured a massive win in Week 5, taking a 23-20 victory against the Bills, and now optimism for the rest of their season could bring some changes.

RB Rhamondre Stevenson had his 2nd fumble of the season against Buffalo, and his 8th since the start of 2024 are the most among running backs.

Henderson had a season-high 50% snap share last week, so he is trending in the right direction. Now with RB Antonio Gibson suffering a season-ending ACL tear, Henderson could see an increase in snaps, and if Stevenson continues to cough up the ball, Henderson could jump over him in total plays.

Fantasy Football Sell High: Players Week 6

Here are some key players to sell high on for fantasy football after overachieving thus far, plus their projections on PrizePicks' real money NFL DFS game this week.

Panthers RB Rico Dowdle

Dowdle had the best game of his career as he played a large part of the Panthers' Week 5 27-24 comeback win against the Dolphins. With RB Chuba Hubbard out with an injury, the former Dallas RB led with 23/206/1. The matchup could have played a part, as Miami has allowed the fifth-most points per game (21.9) and was 27th in rush success rate leading up to this game (45.9).

This gives Canales a good problem; he might have two running backs who can carry this team. The way Canales spoke about Hubbard's status, he could be back for Week 6 against the Cowboys. Chuba will likely not lose his starting role, so do not look for Dowdle to replicate last week’s numbers.

Browns WR Jerry Jeudy

Jeudy was seen as a dependable fantasy option going into the 2025 season, ranked as the preseason WR35, due to being the WR4 from Week 11 to 18 last year. That has not been the case this year, as he is currently the WR62 and has one weekly finish inside the top 40.

The surprising element is that Jeudy leads the team with 35 targets in an offense that is third in pass attempts per game (39.4). The issue is that the Browns’ quarterback performance with Joe Flacco and Dillon Gabriel has been below expectations, and Jeudy’s 62.3% catchable target rate ranks 73rd among wide receivers.

If you look at their Week 5 21-17 loss to the Vikings, they could be shifting to a more conservative play calling for the rookie Gabriel, as their 47.76% rushing play percentage was a season high. We also saw Gabriel lean on his tight ends, with David Njoku and Harold Fannin Jr. recording a combined 13 targets against Minnesota.
