PrizePicks Withdrawals: Safe, Secure, Seamless

Where Can I Withdraw Money To?
PrizePicks offers withdrawals through Online Banking, Visa and Mastercard debit cards, PayPal, and Venmo!
Any payment method listed on your Withdrawals page will be one that you have manually linked through our deposit process. Once you’ve played through your deposited funds one time and requested a withdrawal, it will typically be reviewed in 1-3 hours, though it can take up to 12 hours.
Note that your first withdrawal may lean more towards the longer time frame while we make sure everything is compliant — we’ll update its status as soon as we can.

How to Withdraw on PrizePicks
Here’s a step-by-step for withdrawing funds from your balance on PrizePicks.
- Tap the menu in the top left corner, then click Request Withdrawal
- Ensure you have met your Play Through Amount requirement
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw
- Choose your withdrawal method
- Submit your withdrawal and track it in the Withdrawal History” tab
On the Desktop app, to click on your profile in the top right corner, click Request Withdrawal from the menu, and follow the steps from above.
Why Didn’t My Withdrawal Work?
Not to worry, problems with withdrawals happen occasionally, and we’re here to fix it and get you your funds!
One of the most common reasons for a withdrawal to fail is the one withdrawal per 24-hour limit. If you’re not sure, please check your withdrawals history tab on that page to see when you made your last withdrawal.
Additionally, ensure that you have played through your deposit at least once before the funds are available to withdraw. For example, if you deposit $100, you must play $100 in Lineups before you can withdraw funds.
There are a couple of different statuses that your withdrawal can face throughout this process. Here’s what we’re dealing with:
- Pending – our team is reviewing your request and will update it soon.
- Failed – generally a standard fail error. Make sure your Venmo account doesn’t have any cards linked, that your card isn’t expired, and that all of your payment methods are in your name alone. Using a shared account or a payment method that you don’t own will cause it to fail.
- Rejected or Denied – our withdrawals team has manually failed the withdrawal. Please make sure that you’ve played through your most recent deposit and contact Live Support to learn more about why it may have been rejected or denied.
- Withdrawn – your funds were successfully withdrawn from your account and are on their way to the account or card that you chose!
How Long Does a Withdrawal Take on PrizePicks?
Withdrawals are all subject to the same broad timeframe of 1-5 business days. If your withdrawal status is “Withdrawn,” and you haven’t seen it after a few hours, give it some time to process.
Normally, though, withdrawals can process in as little as a few minutes, depending on a number of factors.

Why doesn’t the bank account number on my withdrawal page match my actual bank account number?
You may see that the bank account number listed on your Withdrawals page doesn’t match your actual bank account. No worries! This is just an extra layer of protection in place to secure your bank information with encryption.
I deposited with a debit card. Why isn’t it appearing on my withdrawals page?
It’s likely that you deposited with a payment method that can’t be used for withdrawals. We offer Apple Pay, Cashapp, and Discover as convenient deposit options, but we’re unfortunately not able to offer those for withdrawals right now.
Why doesn’t my bank show up in the search results for withdrawals?
That unfortunately means we aren’t able to send a withdrawal to that bank. You can link a PayPal or Venmo account to your PrizePicks to bypass this! Please reach out to Live Support for more information on this!
Why am I seeing an error message that asks me to contact Aeropay?
Aeropay is our secure banking partner! They handle all transactions through bank accounts on our platform. Just grab a screenshot of the error and check in with Live Support with that image and your personal phone number so they can connect you with an Aeropay specialist and get that solved!
Why is my withdrawal is stuck in the “Pending” status?
If it’s been Pending for more than 48 hours, please contact Live Support to check on that. If it’s been less than 48 hours, please give it some more time to process. We’ll get to it as soon as we can.
Is withdrawing funds the same in Canada?
PrizePicks is available in most states, but it's also available in Canada (excluding Ontario). Canadian users have the same full-service withdrawal with security, ease, and speed. Generally, you'll find the same withdrawal options in Canada, but options may vary and are subject to change due to regulatory differences in Canada.
It's worth noting that the same play through requirements and minimum withdrawals apply in Canada.
