Beginning with an 0-3 record yet again, the Giants have made a change at quarterback as we enter Week 4, replacing Russell Wilson with rookie Jaxson Dart. It won’t be an easy matchup for him in his debut, facing the Chargers at home.

A signal caller who does have a favorable matchup is Raiders QB Geno Smith, who will take on the depleted Bears secondary.

Below, we'll discuss Dart, Smith, and dive into more of the top NFL DFS picks for Week 4, with the top PrizePicks picks on Sunday.

  • Christian McCaffrey caught 10 of 15 targets for 88 yards against the Cardinals in Week 3.
  • The star running back has finished with at least 6 receptions and 52 receiving yards in all three games this season.
  • McCaffrey has accounted for 29.1% of the 49ers’ targets through three games.
  • He has also been targeted on 32.3% of his routes run.
  • The 49ers continue to play without TE George Kittle (hamstring) and WR Brandon Aiyuk (knee).
  • San Francisco could get back QB Brock Purdy, who has already returned to practice in a limited fashion after missing the last two games with toe and shoulder injuries.

Bears WR Rome Odunze Projection: 62.5 Receiving Yards

  • Bears second-year WR Rome Odunze only had 3 receptions in Week 3 against the Cowboys, but he still finished with 62 receiving yards and 1 TD. He has reached the end zone at least one time in all three games this year.
  • After posting an average depth of target of 13.0 yards in his rookie season, he has an average depth of target of 13.1 yards this year.
  • With WR Keenan Allen no longer on the team, Odunze has seen his workload increase significantly this year.
  • He has a 28.4% target share, compared to 19.0% last season.
  • The Raiders are tied for the fourth-most receptions allowed to wide receivers (42) this season.
  • They have also allowed the eighth-most yards per target (9.03) to the position.

Giants QB Jaxson Dart Projection: 36.5 Rush Yards

  • After a career-high performance in a loss to the Cowboys in Week 2, Giants QB Russell Wilson bombed in Week 3 with 160 passing yards, 0 TDs, and 2 INTs vs. the Chiefs.
  • Wilson completed 56.3% of his passes or fewer in two of his three starts.
  • Often forced to scramble because of his porous offensive line, Wilson ran for at least 23 yards in all three games.
  • While this will be Dart’s first start, he did log three offensive snaps each in Week 2 and Week 3. He had 1 carry in each game.
  • The rookie ran for at least 389 yards in each of his three seasons at Ole Miss.
  • The Chargers have allowed 110 rushing yards to quarterbacks, which is the second-most in the NFL. Last season, they allowed 5.56 yards per carry to quarterbacks, which was the fourth-highest mark in the league.

Raiders QB Geno Smith Projection – 258.5 Pass Yards

  • New Raiders QB Geno Smith only attempted 29 passes against the Commanders in Week 2, but still threw for 289 yards and 3 TDs.

  • Through three games, Smith has completed 15 passes of at least 20 yards.
  • Last year, he had 50 completions of at least 20 yards over 17 games.
  • The Raiders don’t have flashy names at wide receiver, but Smith is still going deep, posting an average target depth of 9.1 yards.
  • The Bears have allowed an average of 8.27 yards per pass attempt, which is the sixth-highest mark in the league.
  • Bears CB Jaylon Johnson (groin) is on IR, while CB Kyler Gordon (hamstring) has not played yet this year and hasn’t even returned to practice.

Chargers WR Keenan Allen Projection: 50.5 Receiving Yards

  • Chargers WR Keenan Allen has recorded at least 5 receptions, 60+ receiving yards, and 1 TD in all three games this season.
  • The veteran has been targeted at least 7 times in all three games, including two games with at least 10 targets.
  • Back with his old squad, Allen has accounted for 26.2% of the team’s targets and 25.6% of their air yards this season.
  • Defenses can’t focus on just slowing down Allen in the passing game with the Chargers also having Ladd McConkey and Quentin Johnston at wide receiver.
  • The trio has helped Chargers QB Justin Herbert throw for 860 yards across three games.
  • The Giants have allowed 46 receptions and 587 receiving yards to wide receivers, both of which are the second-highest marks in the NFL.

Dart and Smith are at very different stages in their career, but both quarterbacks have the opportunity to take advantage of favorable matchups in Week 4.

A couple of wide receivers who will look to continue their hot starts to the season are Odunze and Allen. At the running back position, McCaffrey is primed to shoulder a heavy workload again with so many of his teammates sidelined by injuries.

Whether you want to roll with quarterbacks, wide receivers, running backs, or a combination of all three, now is the time to build your NFL DFS Lineup on PrizePicks.
