The top seed in the NFC playoff picture is up for grabs in Seattle tonight as the Seahawks host the Rams.

Both teams enter with identical 11-3 records and are tied for first place in the NFC West. Los Angeles already captured the first matchup with Seattle at home, 21-19 in Week 11. The Rams picked off Seahawks QB Sam Darnold 4 times and won in spite of being outgained, 414-249.

Los Angeles topped the 40-point mark for the second straight game in last Sunday’s 41-34 triumph over Detroit. The Rams overcame a 24-14 deficit to outscore the Lions, 27-10 down the stretch.

The Seahawks have won four straight games since losing at SoFi Stadium, capped off by last Sunday's 18-16 close-shave victory over the Colts.

The Rams will likely be without WR Davante Adams, who is doubtful with a hamstring injury.

Let’s look at the Rams vs. Seahawks picks for Thursday night’s showdown at Lumen Field, kicking off at 8:15 p.m. ET on Amazon Prime.

Rams vs. Seahawks Picks & NFL DFS

Here are three top Rams vs. Seahawks picks to target on Thursday. Key PrizePicks player projections are headlined by Los Angeles QB Matthew Stafford, Seattle WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and Rams RB Kyren Williams.

Rams QB Matthew Stafford vs. Seahawks Projection: 230.5 Yards

  • Stafford continues to post terrific numbers in his 17th season, throwing for 3,722 yards and 37 TDs.
  • In last Sunday’s shootout victory over Detroit, the 2009 top pick torched his former team for 368 passing yards, his third performance of 300+ yards.
  • The borderline Hall of Famer's worst passing output came in the Week 11 win over Seattle. He was limited to a season-low 15 completions and 130 yards.
  • In his past three road games, the former Georgia star topped the 243-yard mark, capped off by a 281-yard outing against Arizona in Week 14.
  • According to PFF, Stafford is the highest-ranked QB in overall grade (93.3) and passing grade (93.0).

Seahawks WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba vs. Rams Projection: 89.5 Receiving Yards

  • JSN leads the league with 1,541 receiving yards, owning a 174-yard advantage over Rams WR Puka Nacua.
  • The former Ohio State standout is off his ninth 100-yard receiving performance of the campaign, lighting up the Colts for 113 yards last Sunday.
  • Smith-Njigba had his way in the first matchup against Los Angeles, hauling in 105 yards on 9 receptions. In last season’s home loss to the Rams, he put up a career-high 180 receiving yards.
  • Not many teams have been able to slow down JSN, although the Rams are the highest-graded team for defensive coverage against wide receivers at PFF.

Rams RB Kyren Williams vs. Seahawks Projection: 55.5 Rushing Yards

  • Williams reached 1,000 rushing yards for the third time in his career after last Sunday’s 78-yard outing against the Lions.
  • The former Notre Dame tailback has eclipsed 56 rushing yards in six of the last seven games.
  • The 2022 fifth-round selection has finished below 50 rushing yards once, getting held to 46 yards in the Week 12 home blowout of the Buccaneers.
  • Williams put together his best yards per carry performance of 2025 against Seattle, racking up a 7.6 average along with 91 yards and a TD.
