The clock could be striking zero on your fantasy season if you aren’t busy this week. With most leagues, the trade deadline is arriving, so it’s time to make those last-minute deals before you have to rely solely on the waiver wire.
Below are three players you may want to consider acquiring, as well as three you might want to trade away, as the latter group may have reached its peak for 2025.
We’ll also break down these players' stat projections for Week 12 on PrizePicks, where you can pick More or Less on those projections to win real money if you're right.
Fantasy Football Buy Low Players for Week 12
Here are some key buy-low players you should consider trading for in Week 12, along with their projections for this week's NFL game on PrizePicks.
Cardinals QB Jacoby Brissett
You may not be paying attention to Jacoby Brissett because the Cardinals are 3-7, but he’s been a great fantasy QB in recent weeks. Week 11 marked his best finish (QB3), and he has ranked in the top 10 in four of the five games since becoming the starter. From Weeks 6 to 11, he’s second in completions (120) and third in passing yards (1,312).
The Cardinals have four more games against top-13 scoring offenses, which could mean they fall behind and give Brissett a favorable game script. He may be an unlikely hero in pursuit of a fantasy championship.

- 249.5 Passing Yards

- 263.5 Pass+Rush Yards
- 1.5 Pass TDs
- 0.5 INT
- 0.5 Rush+Rec TDs (Demon)
- 35.5 Pass Attempts
Buccaneers RB Sean Tucker
The Sean Tucker takeover may officially be here after his performance in a Week 11 loss to the 49ers. He delivered his best game with 21 touches, 140 yards from scrimmage, and 3 total TDs.
RB Rachaad White has still led the backfield in snap percentage since Week 5 when RB Bucky Irving was sidelined, but that could change with Tucker out-touching White 21-12 in Week 11.
Irving has begun practicing, but there is still no timetable for his return, which could mean Tucker might lead this backfield for the foreseeable future.
Texans TE Dalton Schultz
Dalton Schultz has been heavily involved in the Texans' offense throughout the season, trailing only Nico Collins in targets (68), catches (51), and receiving yards (489). In fact, he has been one of the top TEs in the league, as he ranks seventh in routes run per game (30.7) and third in first-read targets per game (5.1).
The receptions have been there, with five in three of his first five games. Schultz struggled to gain yards early, with less than 50 in five of the first six outings. Since the bye, however, he has 50+ yards in four of five games.
He may continue seeing plenty of targets, even with QB Davis Mills as the starter.

Fantasy Football Sell High Players for Week 12
Here are some key players to sell high on for fantasy football after overachieving, plus their projections on PrizePicks' real-money NFL DFS game this week.
Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker
Kenneth Walker out-snapped and out-carried RB Zach Charbonnet in every game they both played last year. The issue is that Walker only played 12 games in 2024. Missing time due to injury has been the case in each of his three seasons, which could be why Charbonnet has been more involved this season.
The biggest impact is seen in the red zone, with Charbonnet leading the backfield in red-zone touches in six of 10 games. His 27 rush attempts inside the 20 are the seventh-most.
Week 11 happened to be Walker’s first top-10 finish since Week 3, and it's no coincidence that it was also the last time he found the end zone. It's challenging to keep Walker in your lineup without those scoring chances.

- 59.5 Rushing Yards
- 6.5 Receiving Yards
- 0.5 Rush+Rec TDs
- 1.5 Receptions (Demon)
- 14 Rush Attempts
- 13.5 Yards on Longest Rush
- 6.5 Yards on Longest Reception
Panthers WR Tetairoa McMillan
Tetairoa McMillan was the beneficiary of a massive performance from QB Bryce Young, who threw for 448 yards and 3 TDs in Week 11 against the Falcons. McMillan had the best game of his young career, exploding for 130 receiving yards and 2 TDs.
This could be an anomaly from Young, as it was only his second game this season with over 200 passing yards. That performance earned McMillan his first top-10 appearance, and it might be difficult to see him there again.
This is a great chance to trade for someone at his peak and get a star in return.

Falcons QB Kirk Cousins
With Falcons QB Michael Penix Jr. done for the year due to a knee injury, it will be Kirk Cousins behind center.
At one point, Cousins was the king of consistency, including a stretch where he was the only QB to throw for 3,000 yards and 25 TDs in six straight seasons.
Now he gets a chance to revitalize his career, but if his only start this year is any indication, he might not be a viable option for your lineup. He started in a Week 8 matchup against the Dolphins, who are allowing the seventh-most points per game to QBs (19.1), and finished that week as QB23 by throwing for just 173 yards.
Cousins' schedule is not easy, especially in the playoffs, where he would face the Cardinals in the semifinals in Week 16 and the Rams in Week 17. Each team ranks in the top eight in points afforded to QBs.
