Week 6 was an unusual fantasy football week. No player reached 30 fantasy points until 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey in the final game of the week on Monday. That means many low-scoring fantasy football matchups and potentially underperforming players.
Some of you may not need to worry about that, while others should consider trading those players away. Entering Week 7, it's time to assess where fantasy football rosters stand, with trade candidates to help you win your fantasy football championship.
Let’s analyze a group of players to buy low or sell high for NFL Week 7 in fantasy football, paired with how each player could perform based on PrizePicks projections in Week 7.

2026 Fantasy Football Buy Low Players for Week 7
Here are key buy-low players to consider trading for in Week 7, along with their PrizePicks projections this week.
All stats via PFF, NFL Next Gen Stats, and rankings via FantasyPros. All fantasy results are from the PPR format.
Jaguars TE Brenton Strange – Buy Low
Week 7 Matchup: Bye
There are a few options on the Jaguars you could buy low on.
Jaguars WR Brian Thomas Jr. didn't play a single snap in the second half against the Texans. This could signal that Jacksonville is looking to trade their former first-rounder, and a new team could refresh his fantasy value, though that isn’t guaranteed.
Jaguars WR/CB Travis Hunter saw a significant increase in offensive snaps and posted his best game of the season with 59 receiving yards and 1 TD. However, that doesn’t mean he’ll play more offensive snaps each week.
Strange is the more reliable choice because he’s getting more involved in the passing game. Over the last three weeks, Strange has 23 targets. According to Player Profiler, Strange ranks eighth in average target distance (7.6) and second in catchable target rate (92.3%).
The schedule should boost Strange’s fantasy value in the coming weeks. The Jaguars have a bye in Week 7, but in Week 8 they face the Colts, who are 25th in fantasy points allowed to tight ends per game (10.1). That could be a big game for Strange and make it tough to grab him afterward.

Texans WR Marvin Harrison Jr. – Buy Low
Week 7 Matchup: vs. Giants
Harrison Jr. was one of the more intriguing players to watch in Week 6, as he made his Texans debut against the Jaguars. He didn’t light up the stat sheet, with just 34 receiving yards, but that was expected in his first game.
Harrison Jr. didn’t play much, just 11 snaps, but he ran routes on 8 of them and had 4 targets. That means when Texans QB C.J. Stroud had the chance to throw to Harrison Jr., he looked for him.
WR Jaylin Noel had his best NFL performance with a career-high 107 receiving yards. That came on just 4 catches, including a 50-yard reception; we shouldn’t expect that on a weekly basis.
Harrison Jr. and Stroud already have an established connection from their time at Ohio State, but they haven’t played together since 2023, so they'll need time to rebuild it.
Texans WR Nico Collins will likely be the primary wide receiver in this offense, but Harrison Jr. could become the second option as he gets more reps.

Bears WR Luther Burden III – Buy Low
Week 7 Matchup: vs. Patriots
Everyone will be rushing to grab Bears TE Colston Loveland after a season-high 67 receiving yards and his first TD of the year, so this might be the perfect opportunity to get Burden, who may be flying under the radar.
In Week 3 against the Eagles, with Bears QB Case Keenum under center, Burden was the primary receiver, catching 7 of 11 targets for 67 receiving yards and a TD. He couldn’t replicate that production with QB Tyson Bagent, but he did with QB Caleb Williams’ Week 6 return against the Falcons. Burden had his best performance of the year in Week 6, recording a season-high 95 receiving yards.
The interesting thing is that he did it on a season-low 18 routes. When Burden was on the field, Williams wanted to get him the ball, and Burden made it easy. He was one of two wide receivers in Week 6 with at least 8 receptions and an average of at least 4.0 yards of separation.

2026 Fantasy Football Sell High Players for Week 7
Here are some key players to sell high on for fantasy football after overachieving, plus their projections on PrizePicks this week.
Raiders WR Tre Tucker – Sell High
Week 7 Matchup: vs. Rams
We’ve seen this before with Tucker, who has had big performances in the past. In Week 2 against the Chargers, Tucker had 9 catches for 119 yards and 1 TD, and his 22.9 fantasy points helped him finish as the WR2. He became a popular waiver-wire pickup the next week, but over the next three games, he finished outside the top 45.
Week 6 against the Bills offered a chance for a huge performance, as Buffalo allows the most fantasy points per game to wide receivers (29.9). He delivered with 7 receptions for 97 yards and 2 TDs, finishing as the WR2.
This was an unusual game, as the Raiders largely left TE Brock Bowers out, and he didn’t catch a pass until the second half.
For Tucker, his matchups get tougher in the upcoming weeks. This week he faces the Rams, who rank 16th in fantasy points allowed per game to wide receivers (20.0). Then it's the Jets (seventh), the 49ers (seventh), and the Seahawks (second).
If Tucker were more consistent, he could be a WR2/flex option, but his high highs and low lows make him too risky to include in a lineup.

Falcons TE Kyle Pitts – Sell High
Week 7 Matchup: vs. 49ers
Pitts is another player who can go on a run of fantasy production and then completely disappear. Pitts has played well over the last two weeks, with 10 receptions for 102 yards and 3 TDs, sitting as TE2 in the split.
Several out-of-the-ordinary circumstances helped Pitts in Week 6 against the Bears. Atlanta fell behind 31-7 in the fourth quarter and had to mount a comeback. Pitts led the comeback with 2 fourth-quarter TD receptions.
One of the biggest takeaways from the matchup was how little Falcons RB Bijan Robinson was involved in the game. His 11 touches were his fewest since 2024, and he finished with just 53 yards from scrimmage.
Pitts has a history of struggling to connect with Falcons QB Michael Penix Jr. Last season, from Weeks 1 to 11, Pitts was TE18 with Penix Jr. at quarterback. In Weeks 12 to 18, with former Falcons QB Kirk Cousins, he was TE2.
That’s why Pitts was difficult to trust going into 2026 and why he may not sustain this level of productivity.

- 35.5 Receiving Yards

Eagles RB Dameon Pierce – Sell High
Week 7 Matchup: vs. Cowboys
Pierce was the top waiver-wire pickup heading into Week 6 after more Eagles running backs went down. He finished with 15.0 fantasy points and was the RB9.
Now it might be time to see if you get value back in a trade.
You might want to trade Pierce before you learn Saquon Barkley’s Week 7 status. Barkley hasn’t practiced at all since suffering his hamstring injury, and with the Eagles potentially falling out of contention, the team might be slow to bring him back.
Pierce’s result was helped by his touchdown. He wasn’t efficient on the ground in Week 6, averaging just 2.9 yards per carry and -0.8 EPA per rush.
