2026 Super Bowl Expert Picks & PrizePicks Lineup for Seahawks vs. Patriots

There are quite literally millions of ways to make your picks to win money on the Seahawks vs. Patriots in Super Bowl 60; it can be overwhelming. But our NFL experts at PrizePicks Playbook narrowed down our picks to just our favorites on the board.

We tasked our writers to break down their single favorite Super Bowl pick for Seahawks vs. Patriots on PrizePicks. These six picks are the resulting Lineup — including Drake Maye’s pass yards, high expectations for Kenneth Walker III, and a sneaky special teams projection.

If you’re only running one PrizePicks Lineup on Super Bowl Sunday, don’t forget to add the Drake Maye Max Discount in your Lineup — if Maye throws for just one yard in the Super Bowl, he’ll cash his pass yards projection. That means you need just one more pick to win cash on PrizePicks!

Let’s dive into our favorite Super Bowl LX picks from the Playbook staff.

Patriots QB Drake Maye — 220.5 Pass Yards

Pick by David Bearman

Drake Maye has had a wonderful season and deserved to be an MVP finalist. However, what we have seen in the last postseason games, against some of the best defenses in the NFL, is cause for concern for the second-year QB.

Maye has 6 fumbles (3 lost) and 2 INTs in three playoff games. He did put up 268 yards vs. the Chargers, but was held to 179 against Houston and 80 against Denver — and remember, the snow didn’t come until late in the third quarter.

Dating back to Week 13 (Thanksgiving weekend), Matthew Stafford is the only QB to reach 165 yards vs. the Seahawks’ defense. He did it both times. Kirk Cousins at 162 passing yards in Week 14 was the next most behind Stafford.

Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker III – 74.5 Rush Yards

Pick by Chris Bengel

Kenneth Walker III had an up-and-down regular season, but he has really thrived over the last month during Seattle’s Super Bowl run. However, with a dominant front seven on the other side of the line of scrimmage, Walker could have his fair share of struggles in the Super Bowl.

The Patriots’ run defense has been stout throughout the postseason, allowing just 71.3 rushing yards per contest (first among playoff teams). Walker faced the 11th-ranked defense in expected points added (EPA) per rush in the NFC Championship and was limited to 62 yards on 19 carries.

Since Week 6, Walker has topped the 75-yard mark in just three of his last 14 games. Ironically, two of those instances occurred in the last three games, and both took place against the 49ers — the 22nd-ranked defense in EPA/rush.

The Patriots ranked fourth best in the NFL this season, with just 97.2 rushing yards allowed per game.

Patriots P Bryce Baringer – 4 Punts

Pick by Ryelan Jones

Through the regular season, the Patriots proved to be a well-oiled machine on offense, averaging just 3 punts per game. The postseason has been another story, and Bryce Baringer has been a busy man, punting a whopping 19 times in three games, and 16 in the last two.

The Seahawks, on the other hand, create 4 punts a game this season. While it feels like it would be higher, as they boast an NFL-best defense in DVOA, the script usually leaves the opposing punters on the bleachers.

The Seahawks have a habit of getting up quick and staying up, with an average margin of victory good for first in the league at +12.1. Interestingly enough, the Patriots clock in at second with +9.9.

Ball security issues for Drake Maye in the postseason have also popped up with 6 fumbles, losing 3 of them, with 2 INTs to boot. Now, he’s lined up against a defense that is as formidable as the two he just saw in Houston and Denver.

An emphasis on minimizing turnovers — and in turn punting more — wouldn’t come as a surprise in the biggest game of the year.

Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp – 3 Receptions

Pick by Garrett Kerman

Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp may not be the triple-crown receiver from his Rams days, but he's proven reliable when Seattle needs him most. With Christian Gonzalez likely shadowing Jaxon Smith-Njigba — the league's leading receiver with 1,793 yards — Kupp should find favorable matchups against Marcus Jones and potentially safeties in the slot.

Kupp has been steady in Seattle's playoff run, hauling in 9 receptions on 11 targets across his two playoff games. He caught five passes in the Divisional Round vs. the 49ers and added 4 receptions — including the game-sealing TD — against his former Rams team in the NFC Championship.

With Patriots’ Gonzalez and Carlton Davis III’s elite coverage skills on the outside, QB Sam Darnold will have to look to make throws over the middle of the field, where the 32-year-old Kupp becomes the security blanket.

Kupp also only has 3 drops on the season — tied for 27th among all NFL WRs this year, per PFF.

Patriots WR Mack Hollins — 15.5 Yards Longest Reception

Pick by Adi Narang

After missing New England’s first two games of the playoffs with an abdominal injury, Hollins immediately showed his value as a deep threat in the AFC Championship Game.

He returned to play 61% of the snaps and hauled in two catches for 52 yards, including a 31-yard catch. In the two games before his injury, Hollins had 8 and 9 targets, and since Week 8, he has had at least one catch of 20+ yards in seven of nine games played.

The way to beat Seattle in the playoffs has been with the deep ball. They have allowed opponents to go 7-for-15 on throws more than 20 yards downfield.

Long balls have been a recipe for success for QB Drake Maye, who had the third-most 20+ yard attempts during the regular season. Hollins has led the Patriots by a wide margin this season in deep-target rate at 18.5%; his 12 deep targets were second to only Stefon Diggs.

Mack has been targeted a team-high 22 times when Maye has been under pressure. Pressure can be expected on Sunday vs. a Seattle defense ranked third in pressure rate in the playoffs and sixth in the regular season.

Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker III – 3.5 Quarters with 5+ Rush Yards

Pick by Christian Hardy

For my Super Bowl pick, I’m going to lean on volume and take the now bell-cow RB on the 4.5-point favorite: KW3. It’s possible that no skill position player will touch the ball more than Walker, who had 19 carries in each of the Seahawks’ first two playoff games.

With Zach Charbonnet ruled out for the season as of the NFC Championship, Walker dominated the backfield carries, getting 19 of the total 22 RB carries in a game that went down to the wire.

Walker was sixth in the NFL with explosive runs of 10+ yards this season (33), despite ranking 20th in total carries (221), per PFF. As we’re likely to see KW3 continue to shoulder a bigger load with Charbonnet out, he’ll also get more opportunities to break those long runs.

Much has been made of the Patriots’ No. 4 rush defense when using rush yards allowed per game, and the public is considering this a difficult matchup for Walker — and it’s certainly not a cakewalk.

But when considering New England’s situational advantage with the easiest schedule in the NFL — by strength of schedule, opponent's offensive DVOA, and defensive DVOA — and an average of over 37 minutes per game with the lead, per FTN, it’s no surprise that counting stats look good on paper for the Pats run D.

However, when it comes to advanced metrics, the Patriots’ defense ranked 18th in rush defense success rate (41.5%) and 16th in expected points added (EPA) per rush. Walker has a chance to test this Patriots’ run defense that may have some holes, so long as the Seahawks can keep the game within reach.
