Shipping Terms
All section references refer to the PrizePicks Packs Terms of Service.
(a) Requesting shipment. You may request shipment of a card in your card locker by selecting to ship the card and paying the shipping and handling fee. PrizePicks shows the fee and any sales tax before you confirm. You must request shipment before the period in § 7.10 ends. You may cancel a shipment request for one (1) hour after requesting shipment. If a Shipment-Only card is still in your locker when the § 7.10 period ends, PrizePicks will ship it to the address on your Account and charge the fee to your Account. If your balance is insufficient, PrizePicks will notify you and hold the card for 7 days while you add funds.
(b) Where PrizePicks ships. PrizePicks ships only to street addresses in the United States. It does not ship to P.O. boxes. You must give PrizePicks a complete and accurate address. PrizePicks may decline to ship to an address it reasonably suspects is connected to fraud or a violation of these Terms. If it does, PrizePicks will notify you and work with you on another address or, for a card that is not Shipment-Only, a Buyback.
(c) Timing and delays. PrizePicks displays estimated shipment time in the Platform. If you cancel shipment, PrizePicks will refund the shipping fee.
(d) Carrier and signature. PrizePicks chooses the carrier and service and insures each shipment.
(e) Delivery and risk of loss. A card is delivered when the carrier delivers it to the address you gave, or records it as delivered. Risk of loss passes to you when PrizePicks gives the card to the carrier, except as § 7.11 describes.
(f) Undeliverable shipments. If a carrier returns a card because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was refused, PrizePicks will notify you and hold the card for 7 days. You may request reshipment by paying a new shipping fee. The three-day limit in § 7.10 does not apply to a returned card. After 7 days, if you have not successfully initiated reshipment, you will be deemed to have accepted the Buyback Offer. Before a card is tendered for shipment, § 7.10 governs loss of a card in your card locker.
