Withdrawals
You can request a withdrawal to any bank account, PayPal account, Venmo account, or debit card that you have previously used to deposit funds into your PrizePicks account.
To request a withdrawal, navigate to the menu located in the top left corner of the PrizePicks app. If you are accessing your account on a browser, the menu is in the top right corner. From here, you can select Request Withdrawal.
You'll receive a One Time Password (OTP) code by email as soon as you request your withdrawal. No further action is needed on your part; we will send you an email to confirm whether the withdrawal was successful or not.
Why did my withdrawal request fail?
Withdrawals can only be made using an approved payment method that you previously used to deposit funds into your PrizePicks account. Discover debit cards, Apple Pay, and all credit cards may only be used for deposits, not withdrawals.
Inaccurate bank account information can also cause withdrawal requests to fail. If this happens, your funds will be returned to your credit funds balance, and you will be able to create a new withdrawal.
Withdrawals have a minimum amount of $10; any smaller request will fail.
Only one successful withdrawal is permitted during a 24-hour time frame. If your withdrawal request is processed at 2:00pm, you will not be able to make another request until 2:01pm the following day.
I just made a deposit, why can’t I withdraw?
If you deposited via bank transfer, there will be a 72-hour hold placed on your funds for security purposes. Once the 72 hours are up, you will be able to withdraw your funds without issue.
Additionally, if you receive a Deposit Match offer, you must complete a 1x playthrough of the deposited funds before they can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a deposit match on a $100 deposit, you must submit and play through $100 worth of picks before you can withdraw. Picks must be submitted using your regular balance (not your Bonus balance) in order to count toward any playthrough requirement.
Do I have to pay taxes on my withdrawals?
