Here in Week 7 of the NFL season, fantasy-relevant (and banged-up) stars like Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb and Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard might find their way back onto the field. Their returns could cut into the role of their replacements — respectively WR George Pickens and RB Rico Dowdle — both of whom saw a significant increase in production and opportunity in their absence.
Below, we’ll give three players you should consider trading to better your fantasy team, and three that you might want to think about trading away.
We'll break down these players' projections for Week 7 of NFL DFS PrizePicks — where you can pick More or Less on player stats to win real money during the 2025 NFL season.

Fantasy Football Buy Low: Week 7
Here are some key players for whom you should consider buying low here in Week 7, as well as their projections on PrizePicks' NFL DFS game this week.
Panthers TE Ja’Tavion Sanders
Second-year man Ja’Tavion Sanders has the potential to be a productive tight end, but injuries have derailed the start of his career. Last year, he had a couple of good performances, finishing with 60+ receiving yards in two of his four games before he suffered a neck injury in Week 12. Even though he only missed two games, he didn’t look the same, seeing 1 or no targets in four of the final five outings.
He had a solid start to the 2025 season, including a career-high 9 catches in Week 2 against the Cardinals, before suffering a high ankle sprain in Week 3 against the Falcons. But could be nearing a return to the lineup, as he's been practicing this week.
Carolina's ostensible TE1 Tommy Tremble has seen 14 targets in the three games Sanders missed, and over the last two weeks, QB Bryce Young is eighth in completion rate (75.0%). So when he gets himself healthy, Sanders could return to a fantastic fantasy (and reality) situation.
Saints WR Chris Olave
With two seasons of at least 1,000 receiving yards on his resume, Olave has proven he can be a productive wide receiver in this league. The problem is that he’s stuck on a middling offense that ranks 17th in passing yards.
The volume has been there for the Saints' pass catcher, as his 64 targets are one shy of the league lead, but his 68.5% catchable target rate is 56th among wide receivers.
Buying low on the former Ohio State receiver could help down the line, as reports indicate that the Saints want to trade away veterans. This could be the time to offer something to a frustrated Olave manager.
Chris Olave Projections for Week 7

- 58.5 Receiving Yards
- 0.5 Rush+Rec TDs
Browns RB Quinshon Judkins
The fact that the Browns boast the fifth-worst rushing offense in the league might make this the ideal time to acquire RB Judkins at a reduced value. He's shown productivity each week, with at least 70 scrimmage yards, most notably the 71 he had in his Week 2 NFL debut against the Ravens — and that came despite playing only 27% of the snaps.
The freshman ranks fifth among running backs in dominator rating (34.2%) and in expected fantasy points per game (17.8). And more good news: the Ohio State product has the easiest RB strength of schedule in the league.

Fantasy Football Sell High: Players Week 7
Here are some key players to sell high on for fantasy football after overachieving thus far, plus their projections on PrizePicks' real money NFL DFS game this week.
Cowboys WR George Pickens
Lamb's injury opened up the opportunity for Pickens to plant his flag as Dallas' WR1, and to his credit, the former Steeler took advantage, evolving into one of the top receivers in fantasy football on a weekly basis, finishing as the WR2, WR24, and WR1 in the three weeks Lamb has been on the shelf.
The good news is that Dallas now knows they have two elite receivers in their locker room. The not-so-good news for Pickens is that we could see Lamb back on the field this week, according to Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.
Dallas is fifth this season in pass play percentage (62.6%), so there should be plenty of opportunities, but the 8.3 targets per game Pickens had in the three contests Lamb was absent could regress.
Panthers RB Rico Dowdle
Here in October, Dowdle has been a fantasy darling, with RB1 and RB2 finishes the last two weeks. He’s also been one of the best overall players in that stretch with 475 scrimmage yards and 2 TDs on 60 touches.
Two factors have played a part in the boost in Dowdle’s production: He's faced some soft defenses in Miami and his former team Dallas, both of whom rank in the bottom five in fantasy points allowed per game to running backs. And as noted, Injuries played a role in Dowdle's increased number of opportunities, but Carolina should soon see his backfield mate Chuba Hubbard return this week — along with WR Jalen Coker and TE Sanders — which could diminish Dowdle's playing time and touches totals.
Rico Dowdle Projections for Week 7
Here are Rico Dowdle’s projections vs. Jets via the PrizePicks NFL real money fantasy game — pick More or Less on player stats to cash in every week.
- 55.5 Rushing Yards
- 12.5 Longest Rush
- 0.5 Rush+Rec TDs
Cheifs TE Travis Kelce
This week, the Kansas City passing attack gets another weapon with the return of WR Rashee Rice. If ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler is correct, Rice could see a heavy workload in his 2025 regular-season debut, which could mean fewer opportunities for Kelce.
That being the case, it might be time to consider dealing him for a busier player — and in theory, that should be doable, if only because of Kelce's name value.
Travis Kelce Projections for Week 7

- 41.5 Receiving Yards
