This is the first of two overseas games for Minnesota — next week they play the Cleveland Browns in London at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Vikings vs. Steelers Prediction, Preview for NFL Week 4
Both teams enter Croke Park with 2-1 records, yet are seemingly on different trajectories. The Vikings, even without McCarthy, blew past a Joe Burrow-less Cincinnati Bengals team, 48-10 in Week 3. On the contrary, Pittsburgh had to earn every bit of their 21-14 win over the New England Patriots.
Minnesota and Pittsburgh both picked up Week 1 wins but then suffered two-possession losses in Week 2. Each were able to rebound last week to maintain a winning record heading into Dublin.
Minnesota Vikings Preview
McCarthy made a nice impression in Week 1 with a late-game comeback over the Chicago Bears, but Week 2, he looked like inexperienced player that he is. Now, the Vikings are unsure of when their 2024 No. 10 overall pick will return to the field. Thankfully for HC Kevin O’Connell, he has an veteran backup in Wentz.
Last week, Wentz went 14/20 for 173 yards with a pair of touchdowns, but backup RB Jordan Mason was the star of the show.
As if McCarthy’s injury wasn’t enough, the Vikings are forced to navigate without Aaron Jones Sr. But considering Mason's Week 3 performance, the running back position seems to be in good hands.
Pittsburgh Steelers Preview
All Rodgers needed to do was throw for 139 yards as the Steelers took care of the Pats. A trio of receivers had 30+ yards, but RB Jaylen Warren once again proved to be a dominant pass-catcher, tying with WR Calvin Austin III for a team-high 34 receiving yards.
LB T.J. Watt picked up his first 2 sacks of the year in Week 3, while his teammates contributed 3 more takedowns of New England QB Drake Maye.

Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers Projection- 202.5 Passing Yards
- Rodgers may not be putting up his Green Bay-era numbers, but he's still a pretty darn good QB who, in his career, has made some noise against his former NFC North foes from Minneapolis. In his last 10 games against the Vikings, Rodgers averaged 254.9 passing yards per game, and last year, he went 29/54 for 244 yards when he and his New York Jets played the Vikings in London.
- Rodgers has thrown for 203+ passing yards in 13 of his last 18 games.
- Bears QB Caleb Williams is the only signal caller to toss for 203+ yards against the Vikings this season, but the only other QBs they’ve faced have been Atlanta's Michael Penix Jr. and Cincinnati's Jake Browning — a sophomore with eight NFL games under his belt, and a 29-year-old who's played in 14 pro contests.
Steelers RB Jaylen Warren Projection - 23.5 Receiving Yards
- Through the first three games of the season, Warren has more receiving yards (142) than he does rushing (132).
- With an average of 12.9 yards per catch, some quick math tells us that the Snow College product — if he maintains that pace — might see another 24+ receiving yard outing.
- Last week, he hauled in 5 of 6 targets for 34 yards, while week prior, he paced the team with 86 receiving yards on 4 receptions.
- In terms of turf time, Warren is dominating Steelers backfield: After being on the field for 45% of Week 1 snaps, he lined up for 80% of the plays in Week 3.
Vikings RB Jordan Mason Projection - 80.5 Rushing Yards
- Last week against the Bengals, Mason had 16 carries for 116 yards, but that shouldn't have been too much of a shock, as his 15 carries for 68 yards in Week 1 led the team.
- The Steelers have allowed over 100 rushing yards in all three games, but have improved since Week 1, when the Jets racked up 182 yards on the ground.
- Mason will shoot to become the first back to rush for 100+ yards against the Steelers this season.
