Protecting Your Funds
We understand how important it is to know that your funds are safe while using the PrizePicks app. In addition to the verification process conducted at signup, we have additional security measures in place for when you request a deposit or withdrawal. Sometimes these security measures may cause your deposit and/or withdrawal abilities to be temporarily disabled (see Payment Services Partner below for more information).
If we notice suspicious activity on your account, we will shut down all access. This will block any unauthorized person from using your funds to make picks, requesting withdrawals, or breaking our ToS and getting your account banned. To regain access to your account, we may ask you to reverify your identity.
Payment Services Partner
PrizePicks provides payment services in official partnership with Aeropay. Aeropay processes all deposit and withdrawal requests that use funds from a bank account (e.g. Instant Bank Transfer, or a debit card that’s connected to your bank).
There may be situations where your Aeropay account is flagged and temporarily disabled, which will impact your ability to deposit or withdraw on PrizePicks.
For example, a declined deposit due to insufficient funds can cause your Aeropay account to be disabled. If you receive an error message that references Aeropay, you will need to email them directly at [email protected] to resolve any outstanding funds owed and to reactivate your account.
