Code of Conduct

Any PrizePicks Member who violates our Code of Conduct or Terms of Service is subject to disciplinary action, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Temporary or permanent disqualification from a specific contest
  • Temporary or permanent disqualification from the entire PrizePicks service
  • Revoked fantasy points or prizes‍

Improper conduct is determined at the sole discretion of PrizePicks, and includes, but is not limited to: ‍

  • Falsifying personal information, including payment information required to use our service or claim a prize
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Money laundering
  • Abusing referral bonuses
  • VPN or proxy usage‍

PrizePicks is proud to provide Live Support chat as a service for our Members, but that privilege can be rescinded if a Member violates our Code of Conduct.

We do not tolerate any abuse or harmful treatment toward our support representatives, or any other PrizePicks employee. If our chat transcripts indicate that you directed abusive or otherwise threatening language toward our staff, we reserve the right to permanently remove your live support privileges and terminate your account.

Terminated accounts will no longer be able to deposit, make picks, request withdrawals, or create any new accounts in the future. If you make an attempt to create a new account, that account will be deactivated and funds deposited into the account will be seized.
