The war of attrition is a factor now more than ever in the NFL, and Week 10 was a perfect example of that.
Injuries ran rampant throughout the league, including ailments to the QB (Giants rookie Jaxson Dart), RB (Cardinals’ Bam Knight), WR (Jets star Garrett Wilson), and TE (Chargers standout Oronde Gadsden II) spots. Adjustments in fantasy land may be necessary.
With that said, managers do have plenty of options at their disposal on the Week 11 fantasy football waiver wire.
Week 11 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Pickups by Position
Here are some Week 11 fantasy football waiver wire targets at QB, RB, WR, and TE.
(Fantasy rankings and 2025 point totals are courtesy of FantasyPros.)
Bengals QB Joe Flacco (@ Steelers)
It doesn’t take a trip too far in the Wayback Machine to recall a Joe Flacco explosion against the Steelers in Week 7. In that 33-31 triumph, the 40-year-old went 31-of-47 for 342 yards and 3 TDs.
That doesn’t seem to have been a fluke, either. In four games since joining the Bengals, Flacco has 1,254 passing yards and 12 total TDs. In Weeks 6-9, he trailed only Chargers superstar Justin Herbert for fantasy output at the QB position (103.7 points vs. 101.8).
Joe Burrow, the face of Cincinnati’s franchise, had his practice window opened on Monday. With him eyeing a Thanksgiving return, though, Flacco remains viable for fantasy.
Week 11 sees Flacco get a rematch with a Pittsburgh defense that averages the seventh-most fantasy points yielded to QBs (19.7).
Other Week 11 QB Waiver Wire Pickups to Consider
- Commanders QB Marcus Mariota (@ Dolphins): As long as Jayden Daniels is out, Mariota is an intriguing option. He turned in a tidy Week 10 showing against the Lions, completing 73% of his passes for 213 yards and 2 scores. That made him QB13 for the week. Miami’s defense ranks eighth in most fantasy QB production allowed.
- Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers (vs. Bengals): Rodgers’ inclusion here certainly isn’t thanks to his Week 10 performance. He was terrible against the Chargers in a 25-10 loss, posting a 51.6% completion rate with a pair of INTs. With that said, he’s less than a month removed from a 4-TD explosion against the Bengals’ third-worst QB fantasy defense. Perhaps that magic still exists.
Cardinals RB Emari Demercado (vs. 49ers)
As if an already bad day couldn’t get any worse, the Cardinals saw Knight go down with an ankle injury in Week 10. That thrust Emari Demercado into the spotlight, and he delivered down the stretch.
In all, Demercado finished with 32 offensive snaps played. Knight led the way with 35, and Michael Carter logged just 8 reps.
With the former amassing 64 rushing yards on just 4 carries but also getting targeted 4 times in the passing game, it’s clear that his dynamic athletic profile plays when given opportunities. In Week 9 against the Cowboys, a 27-17 win, Demercado had 15 touches for 78 yards.
Arizona’s backfield picture is a tricky one, but if Knight’s ankle issue lingers and Trey Benson isn’t fully back from injured reserve, Demercado could have the fantasy green light.
Other Week 11 RB Waiver Wire Pickups to Consider
- Titans RB Tyjae Spears (vs. Texans): Spears appeared to be turning a corner when in Week 8, he set season-highs for rushing yards (59) and scores (1) on a 2025-best 37 snaps. Week 9’s pre-bye outing against the Chargers saw his workload dip to 21 snaps in a 27-20 defeat. Spears is still worth consideration, even against a stout Texans defense, but monitor how the Titans divvy up snaps between him and Tony Pollard.
- Falcons RB Tyler Allgeier (vs. Panthers): Allgeier made the most of his reps in Week 10, finding the end zone two times and finishing as RB7. His 11 rushes were his most since Sept. 28, so maybe the Falcons plan to involve him more down the stretch? Carolina, this week’s foe, gives up the 13th-most fantasy points to RBs every week (17.2).
Buccaneers WR Tez Johnson (@ Bills)
With injuries to stud WRs like Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, the Buccaneers’ rookies are taking advantage. Tez Johnson, a lower-profile piece than Emeka Egbuka, is likely available in plenty of leagues.
If so, consider adding him to your roster. The seventh-round pick has 4 or more receptions in four of his last five games. During that stretch, he’s averaged 49.4 receiving yards and has 4 TDs overall.
Johnson was WR7 in Week 10. While the Bills’ defense is (barely) in the lower half of fantasy output afforded to WRs, their secondary runs hot and cold.
Other Week 11 WR Waiver Wire Pickups to Consider
- Jaguars WR Parker Washington (vs. Chargers): Rookie standout Travis Hunter is on IR, Brian Thomas Jr. missed Week 10 due to injury and Jakobi Meyers is still finding his footing after coming over via trade. For now, Washington remains an option. He has 26 targets in his last three games and found the end zone in Week 10’s 36-29 loss to the Texans.
- Colts WR Alec Pierce (BYE): Pierce is back in this week’s group, and for good reason. He continued his quiet dominance on Sunday, also scoring his first TD of the year. The fourth-year man is WR10 from Weeks 6-10 and has a staggering 20 targets in his two most recent outings. If he’s available in your league, it’d be wise to ponder an addition for his post-bye stretch.
Buccaneers TE Cade Otton (@ Bills)
In a similar vein to Johnson, TE Cade Otton may simply be a beneficiary of circumstance here. With QB Baker Mayfield missing several pass catchers, the former fourth-round pick becomes more important on offense.
The past several weeks have shown that. Since posting 3 catches for 9 yards in Weeks 3 and 4 combined, Otton is tied for third among TEs with 29 receptions. A lack of TD production holds back his overall value, but a 12-target, 9-catch, 82-yard showing in Week 10 was quite promising.
Perhaps the only limiting factor for him could be Buffalo’s top-ranked fantasy defense vs. TEs. Even then, Otton is fourth in TE target share in the last four weeks, per Fantasy Points Data.
Other Week 11 TE Waiver Wire Pickups to Consider
- Bears TE Colston Loveland (@ Vikings): Despite the return of Cole Kmet to the lineup, Loveland remained impactful. Week 10 saw the rookie play 42 snaps and convert on all 4 of his targets for 55 yards. In Week 11, he faces a Vikings defense that averages the 10th-most targets to TEs per game (7.89).
- Giants TE Theo Johnson (vs. Packers): The aforementioned Dart injury could have an impact on Johnson’s candidacy. After backup QB Russell Wilson entered the game, the second-year TE was targeted just once. Still, he’s TE9 in fantasy since Week 7 and with WR Darius Slayton tweaking his hamstring, that may lead to him staying atop the proverbial food chain on offense.
