There isn’t much time left if your fantasy football team is fighting for a playoff spot. If you’re close to making the postseason, you might need one or two players to turn your team into a contender.
Below are three players you may want to consider acquiring, as well as three you might want to trade away, as the latter group may have reached its peak for 2025.
We’ll also break down these players' stat projections for Week 11 on PrizePicks, where you can pick More or Less on those projections to win real money if you're right.
Fantasy Football Buy Low, Sell High, Week 11
Here are some key buy-low players whom you should consider trading for in Week 11, as well as their projections on PrizePicks' NFL game this week.
Steelers RB Jaylen Warren
Even though the Steelers are struggling, with losses in three of their last four games, there are still players you can use for your fantasy team. During Weeks 7-10, Jaylen Warren was fantasy RB8. He might even be matchup-proof, as he scored 14.9 fantasy points against the Colts, the most they allowed to a RB this season.
Warren has the fourth-easiest schedule the rest of the way. The Steelers' current skid may have fantasy managers hesitant about having him, so you could get the value of a mid-to-low-end RB2 for someone who could be closer to an RB1. Grab him now because he faces Cincinnati, whom he scored 17 points against in Week 7, this week.
Jaylen Warren Projections for Week 11

- 73.5 Rushing Yards
- 18.5 Receiving Yards
- 94.5 Rush+Rec Yards
- 0.5 Rush+Rec TDs (Goblin)
- 3.5 Receptions (Demon)
- 14.5 Rush Attempts
- 14.5 Yards on Longest Rush
- 10.5 Yards on Longest Reception
- 3.5 Yards on First Rush
Buccaneers WR Tez Johnson
With WRs Chris Godwin and Mike Evans each out with injuries, Tez Johnson has moved behind Emeka Egbuka as the second option. In each of the last five games, he’s had at least 42 receiving yards, is second on the team in overall targets (27), and has finished in the top 20 twice. His 4 TDs are the third-most.
As long as Godwin and Evans are still out, Johnson could be a viable option for your flex spot.

- 41.5 Receiving Yards
- 0.5 Rush+Rec TD (Demon)
- 19.5 Yards on Longest Reception
Saints TE Juwan Johnson
Did you know that Juwan Johnson and Saints rookie QB Tyler Shough were college teammates? The two played together at Oregon back in 2019, and that Duck connection is benefiting Johnson.
Over the last three games, Johnson has scored double-digit points every week and is TE5. He’s also found the end zone in back-to-back games for the first time since 2023.
The Saints trading WR Rashid Shaheed might move Johnson into the No. 2 option, as he was behind only WR Chris Olave in the 17-7 Week 10 win against the Panthers in catches (4) and receiving yards (92).
With the Saints on a bye this week, you might be able to get Johnson at a better price by waiting to include him in your lineup.
Fantasy Football Sell High: Players Week 11
Here are some key players to sell high on for fantasy football after overachieving, plus their projections on PrizePicks' real-money NFL DFS game this week.
Falcons RB Tyler Alligeier
On the Falcons’ final drive of regulation in a Week 10 overtime loss to the Colts, Tyler Allgeier handled all the carries, which resulted in him scoring a TD. That was one of his two rushing TDs that culminated in his first weekly top 10 finish since Week 1 of 2023. That was also the last time he had 2 TDs in a game.
Are you seeing a correlation?
It’s challenging to put Allgeier in your lineup, just to hope he scores a TD. While he is one of the more vital handcuffs in the league, RB Bijan Robinson is one of the most heavily-used backs, ranking fifth in the league with 178 touches while Alligeier ranks 42nd with 79.
It's great to get rid of someone at their peak value, knowing they may not reach that level again.
Tyler Allgeier Projections for Week 11
Here are Allgeier’s projections vs. Panthers via the PrizePicks NFL real-money fantasy game — pick More or Less on player stats to cash in every week.
- 28.5 Rushing Yards
- 0.5 Rush+Rec TDs (Demon)
- 7.5 Rush Attempts
- 9.5 Yards on Longest Rush
Cowboys TE Jake Ferguson
From Weeks 2-7, Jake Ferguson was TE1. Recently, his results have plummeted. In Weeks 8-9, he’s TE37. That could have to do with the difficult schedule he just faced; the Cardinals and Broncos are top-15 in fantasy points allowed to TEs.
The schedule becomes challenging over the next three weeks, as Ferguson faces the Raiders, Eagles, and Chiefs, all of whom are among the top seven in points allowed to TEs. He already faced the Eagles in Week 1, and his 7.3 points were his second-lowest total of the season.
If you’re on the cusp of the playoffs, it isn't easy to look at that schedule and trust Ferguson to be in the lineup.
Jets RB Breece Hall
Last season, it took Hall two games to secure a top-10 finish. This season, he didn’t do it until his eighth. These past two finishes were aided by finding the end zone and were his first prime finishes of the season.
Considering how poor the Jets' offense has been, averaging only 21.7 points per game (25th), it’s hard to believe Hall can keep up this pace, especially since QB Justin Fields has thrown for less than 100 yards four times.
The lack of a passing game could eventually lead defenses to stack the box to stop Hall. Coming into this week, Hall is only carrying the ball against a stacked front on 10.9% of carries (seventh). That number may increase in the upcoming games, especially after WR Garrett Wilson’s knee injury.
