Why can’t I use my account?

Check to make sure you are in a location where PrizePicks operates, then ensure that your location services in your phone settings are turned on. Once you’ve completed both steps listed above please fully close and reopen your app. 

If you are still having issues, your account may have been deactivated due to a violation of the PrizePicks Code of Conduct. Please contact support if you believe your account has been deactivated by mistake.

Can I change the email address on my account?

To change your PrizePicks email address, please contact Live Support and provide the following:

1. Your new email address

2. A clear photo of government issued ID (e.g. drivers license, passport, etc.)

3. A clear selfie that includes your face and the front of your government issued ID
